He screamed throughout the duration of the entire trial, cross examined and screamed at his 7 year old son, and accused the police and prosecutors of framing him but never showed hard evidence to back that up. He'd have lost based solely upon those things even if the evidence had stacked up in his favor. Which it didn't. So essentially, he looked like a horrible monster, attacking a child, appeared as a paranoid lunatic, accusing everyone of fabricating evidence and framing him, and showed the jury just how violent and volatile he is, by screaming at them the whole time. It was over with those factors, alone. He was a bottom feeding, spousal abusing, deadbeat piece of crap, with a prior criminal record and a horrible attitude. And he still put on a far superior defense to whatever nonsense Darrell Brooks so feebly attempted.

13:27 "That call is all of the sudden missing from the T-Mobile records that we have acquired from T-Mobile." Bruce is right about this. My father worked for the phone company for 30 years (not T-Mobile) and one thing he told me back in the 90s was that there are so many systems in place to prevent tampering or abuse by employees, like hard-write records, that this would be quite some feat to pull off. Also, I can't see an international telecommunications company tampering with evidence at the request of local PD. Maybe the NSA, but that's another story. I also can see police tampering or destroying evidence in a thousand ways, but spoliation of evidence from a billion dollar company just to frame a guy sounds like a risky ask.

Word definitions are very deep and complex and twisted at times ESPecially while navigating thru the/a courts waters! Courts and the justice system have thee ability to change the word definitions at the drop of a hat! If you choose to self represent always NOTICE: A/the court 2 weeks prior to each hearing clearly state your demands and clearly state that you respectfully REQUIRE your demands to be met and that you want everything you demand to be provided! A good place to start is the particular court your appearing at has a word definition list! DEMAND IT! Do not ever request or motion for what you want provided! Motions & Request are both forms of a BEG! Only animals beg! Man & Woman beg of nothing WE Require & Demand by our RIGHT & thru our AUTHORITY!
