Things of almost every dub:
-Arabic says Palestine a second time instead of Israel
-Portuguese is the only dub when Yakko laughs, it says "Our Brazil", says "Um monte de nomes estranhos (a lot of weird names) instead of Zimbabwe Djibouti Botswana, and also at the end says "All the countries where friends live".
-Bulgarian says Serbia instead of Yugoslavia, and doesn't mention countries like Caribbean or Fiji.
-Croatian instead of Yugoslavia says "Bilo Nekad (once was there)".
-Dutch says "De Sahara brandt in de zon (the Sahara that burns in the sun)", and instead of Netherlands Luxembourg Belgium mentions Benelux.
-German says "You already know Germany" and at the end mentions Slovenia and Croatia.
-Greek says "And a poor Greece" lmao.
-In Hebrew dub some countries are wrong.
-Italian instead of Greenland says "Terraverde" because Verde means Green and Terra means Land but the actual translation of the country is Groenlandia, it also mentions Benelux and instead of Jugoslavia (Yugoslavia) says Balcania, referring to Balkans.
-Spanish instead of Austria says Australia.
-In Chinese dub some countries are wrong.
-Polish says "Finland now safe" and "Germany where sometimes is snowy", instead of Poland Romania Scotland Albania says Warsaw Bucharest Edinburgh Tirana (the capital cities), and when it points to Russia says "And this country".
-In Russian 2003 dub many countries are wrong.
-In Ukrainian dub also countries ate wrong and it's the only official dub to not have his country in the original song.
I can see why they redubbed some languages like Russian. I honestly can see all these languages needing some kinda like redub or update cuz of their inaccuracies (even English)

I could've been wrong with the Indonesian title. For some reason the original fandub there was titled as Indonesian, though it might as well have been Malay. I never really noticed the differences with that R sound.

Yeah :/ Like honestly. I think there's only one Asian language dub for Animaniacs overall and that's Japanese, although there might've also been Korean

if your wondering why is "hebrew's dub so low quality?" welp it turns out it was recorded on a tape and sometimes tape audios can be low quality because the tape is dirty or very old (maybe) and the tape is old since it was recorded in the early 90s (unknown if its recorded in the early 90s), if you spot something wrong, make a reply and ill try fast as i can
That does make sense for the Hebrew dub here being so low quality that it was recorded off a tape, I'm glad that you've commented about this as well. This is useful to know about this dub
