The Chumblies. Yeah, did my head in when I added this track to my playlist this weekend. The Chumblie noise was a custom ring tone on my phone for a particular caller ID. Got it from a Radiophonic Workshop source CD. I used to work with someone in the 90s who used to work in the Radiophonic Workshop in the 70s/80s - he had brought some CDs of their collection with him, some of them which hadn't been commercially released at the time. The Dr Who one was released a good couple of decades ago now, though.
