I think Marcus Rashfords biggest problem is being a Man Utd player with all the stresses and strains that that has burdened him with over the years. I think you'll see a changed player as soon as he gets away from the toxic atmosphere of Old Trafford. He's defo worth a punt as a loan player.
In recent years we have spent huge sums on attacking players that have been a letdown - Haller, Scamacca, Anderson, Vlaohovic and now injury prone Fullkrug. Let's hope we get it right this time.
He looked fantastic two years ago and has kept a decent scoring record but I can't tell you as the latter part of the Moyes era and JLo sucked my desire to watch football outside of West Ham.
The Pink Book would make a great podcast title...but Im not sure it would attract a lot of Hammers/football fans...at least, I don't think they would be anticipating a discussion about football🤔
Definitely a no for Rashford, he hasn’t performed well for years, and has lived on his reputation instead of instead getting his head down and working hard.
The jesse lingard situation could work in our favour with marcus rashford if their plan is to sell him in the long run however you have to be in it to win it
Stop-gap idea… Andy Irving has an eye for goal - 10 in 30 appearances in Austria last season. The more I think of this the more I think it might be a worthwhile proposition. I genuinely want to hear from more expert fans than me. Andy Irving.
Geo, I live and work in notts with a lot of Forest fans. They all want him gone and call him glassback due to injuries. Not a good choice, have to disagree on this one. Don’t want him. ⚒
We haven’t been great in this recruitment area have we over the years, have we 😂. I like Ferguson and the dream would be Delap but realise we can’t be choosers at mo. Dewsbury Hall is a definite yes from me, powerful two footed driving midfielder.

If we sign one more striker over the age of 30 I’m going to need to be committed to a mental hospital. I rather roll the dice with a young Championship player or anywhere else. Just born after 2000 please.

I think Marcus Rashfords biggest problem is being a Man Utd player with all the stresses and strains that that has burdened him with over the years. I think you'll see a changed player as soon as he gets away from the toxic atmosphere of Old Trafford. He's defo worth a punt as a loan player.
With that in mind, id feel its even more likely he would like a move abroad, nice holiday, easier leagues, be a star, come back refreshed
Whisper it, Mubama is starting for City tonight
Hope he smashes it
And scored
For me, I would like to see Guilherme given a run in the team and for us to try and get chilwell from Chelsea
In recent years we have spent huge sums on attacking players that have been a letdown - Haller, Scamacca, Anderson, Vlaohovic and now injury prone Fullkrug. Let's hope we get it right this time.
Vlaohovic? Think you mean vlasic, who was given zero chance by moyes
@philwill0123 Thanks yes my mistake.
What we need is another Ashton or Bowen from the Championship
Awoyimi is a natural Antonio successor imo.
Just joined stocks FC might need some help with this 🤑
Is Stocks FC like Football Index Geo?
The pink BOOK 😂😊
Old skool subscriber right here
Could we not recall Marshall as our back up striker
Awonyi or go big for Jonathan David
Elye wahi the one I would go get.. I’d take Rashford but the others not keen on at all
He’s a bit of a “wrong un” tho aint he?
Would it be possible to do a swap loan deal Rashford to us Aguerd in the other direction, both on loan?…
Jonathan David on paper is the best bet, only nagging concern is why is he still at Lille in the first place!
He looked fantastic two years ago and has kept a decent scoring record but I can't tell you as the latter part of the Moyes era and JLo sucked my desire to watch football outside of West Ham.
We all know by the end of the window we will spend silly money on a panic buy as usual .
Rashford is on 300,000 per week
The Pink Book would make a great podcast title...but Im not sure it would attract a lot of Hammers/football fans...at least, I don't think they would be anticipating a discussion about football🤔
Loaning Rashford? Makes perfect sense.
Buying him after the loan? Madness.
Surprised we have not made any bid or offer for walker peters/tyreek mitchell/max Aarons and move on coufal or Emerson for some cash.
I’m seeing speculation regarding Johnathan David 😊from Lille his value at 25 million
Definitely a no for Rashford, he hasn’t performed well for years, and has lived on his reputation instead of instead getting his head down and working hard.
Always liked the guy from forest
Why do we need Chilwell when that young lad is looking so good.striker has to be David.
Jonathan David for me.. much better value than Ferguson (another croc) and we need a Mavropanos replacement urgently too!!!
Id like Awonyi or David
Where's the pink transfer book mate?!?
The jesse lingard situation could work in our favour with marcus rashford if their plan is to sell him in the long run however you have to be in it to win it
A very sensible counter argument, different people running the transfer side of it now too I guess
Stop-gap idea… Andy Irving has an eye for goal - 10 in 30 appearances in Austria last season. The more I think of this the more I think it might be a worthwhile proposition. I genuinely want to hear from more expert fans than me. Andy Irving.
Yes Andy, I think you'd be great.
Geo, I live and work in notts with a lot of Forest fans. They all want him gone and call him glassback due to injuries. Not a good choice, have to disagree on this one. Don’t want him. ⚒
I like him. Appreciate he’s a bad injury record but he’s fit at the moment and in this window I think it’s a, beggars can’t be choosers situation.
@@HammersChat
If it happens I certainly hope I’m wrong!
@ me too 😂 is there anyone in particular you want?
We haven’t been great in this recruitment area have we over the years, have we 😂. I like Ferguson and the dream would be Delap but realise we can’t be choosers at mo. Dewsbury Hall is a definite yes from me, powerful two footed driving midfielder.
The team doesn’t need players that have a history of getting injuries ….. it always a negative result
Look at AWB since he’s joined, flying ✈️
A loan with a possibility to buy would be good for rashford. I have always liked him,but am worried about attitude. He will go to a biiiiiig club tho
No more cast offs from the "big" clubs.
Look to youth and rebuild a team the fans can get behind.
That note book aint pink whats going on there geo 😂
From the 3 shown on your promo, no, hell no & no. I'm with others, go with youth, fringe players only.
Dewsbury not even on Chelsea bench v Morecambe
No pink book geo... i am disappointed lol
Rashford isn't a striker and he doesn't like playing there. He has zero work rate to be playing on our left which is his preferred position
Bring back the pink notebook!
Nope. Rashford will trash the dressing room.
Maybe Potter can improve Danny Inns
Ferguson is constantly picking up injuries.. Rashford is never coming.. David all day for me
Would not want Rashford under any circumstance. Think he is a completely busted flush with a terrible attitude. Would love Ferguson but fear he is too injury prone.
Ultimately though happy to trust the new manager on this one.
Need someone now, not Rashford though not happening. What’s El Nesri up to.
Get JD on a bosman surely! No brainer and once signed we can offer to buy him early for a lower fee?
Fallkrug is 25/30 mill on 100k a week. Rashford for same price would have been better business
Rashford is on like 300k a week at United
Hiya geo mate I hope your all good and I think your right and I personally want iwoni in from forest his Antonio 2.0 our attacking players are an absolute joke fuckrug broken ings crap and no one else to look at for goals as kudus ain't all that atm. And with the puppies there was 9 but sadly 1 didn't make it but thanks for asking last night let me know if you want 1
WH going for Rushford is like marrying your friend's girlfriend after they break up, whom you KNOW is a chronic cheater and hope she won't cheat because you're "special". Alright bro go ahead...
I’d just pay the money for David no messing about 25 mil for a striker is peanuts nowadays
Can’t see Sullivan spend big ,scraping around for loans probably.
If we sign one more striker over the age of 30 I’m going to need to be committed to a mental hospital. I rather roll the dice with a young Championship player or anywhere else. Just born after 2000 please.
We need to get rid of Moyes' leftovers, promote a couple more youngsters (Orford?) and go all out for Jonathan David
Does that include Bowen?
@MakeWestHamGreatAgain I wouldn't call our best player a leftover....would you?
No to Rashford. No more loanee strikers. Imo
No pink book, I'm disappointed 😜
Rashford is a busted flush … football is just a side business for him and he has too many outside interests now … that’s why he is nowhere near as good as he used to be
