- I went to the clearest canal I knew of where water flowed through a dark tunnel to place our fish trap and go searching for any living thing we could find. Lifting pounds of weeds to reveal hidden creatures hiding in the brush! This spot has some crazy fish, and today our trap caught some😳🐟

8:32 That’s a least kili fish. They are the smallest live bearers. 10:26 That is a male blue finned kili fish. Both species make great aquarium fish, too!
Honestly I was thinking about commenting before in your previous video! But to bring it up I think it would be a grand idea to set up a livestream to watch the saltwater pond and see all the fish to move around! The tank is so active that it would be a relaxing and fun stream to have on! Im sure others would agree!👍

Really nice that you managed to catch plecos! I unfortunately lost my favorite pleco in a water chemical accident in my 100 gallon so seeing you with plecos brings me sadness and joy. It’s great that you can find them like that!
Awesome vid! Definitely would say to anyone that sees this not to release plecos you catch in Florida. They’re super invasive and are a big problem for manatees, but no hate to Paul for not knowing!

Paul,, A small school of "Boxfish" (Aka "Cowfish") would be epic in the saltwater pond & add more diversity of movement as well.

When you build the pool build it on a lil hill add the soil you take out to raise the ground higher so when you get a lot of rain it don’t flood the clean water in the pool 💯👌🏾

The crawfish here in Colorado dig down and make little mud chimneys for the winter and come out in the spring.
