- It's yet another new daily word game from the New York Times! This time we've got to find a collection of thematically-related words, plus their "spangram" that describes the theme. I don't know if I'll be solving this every day but I'm giving it a shot for now at least. We'll see how it goes. Let me know how you like it!

hardest strands ever for me, found desktop immediately. Then nothing else for the whole day, probably took me 30 mins all together

Do people use desktop PCs for remote work? I thought they were assigned laptops.
@@chinareds54 Even with my laptop, my home set up includes a keyboard, monitors, a mouse, etc. The laptop serves as the brain of the operation, but it's closed and I view everything on monitors. That way, I don't have to be hunched over a single 13" screen all day, I can use a keyboard that allows me to 10-key rather than hunting and pecking for numbers on the top row, and I don't have to mess with a trackpad.
@@chinareds54 I work remote but as a freelancer, the computer is my own desktop, but I also hava a laptop to work when away from home
when I saw the theme I thought first about Cinderella... and getting MOUSE as the first word was not helpful for me 🤣
It took forever for me to even get one answer, much less eventually win. Hard one today.

My first thought was cleaning products, but then I found MOUSE and decided it must be a home office. (Like Chris, I checked for RUMBA. 😂)
It took me forever to figure out the last word speakers. I kinda forgot that computer speakers even existed. I haven’t seen a computer with speakers in probably 20 years lol
my desktop has speakers! It was new in 2014 ....
