Uhm... The masked body they find in the greenhouse is Mukuro?
Junko reused Mukuro's body in order to frame Kyoko for "somebody's" murder.
The body was already dead, and it had been for a while. But the killing game wasn't going to progress at all after the fourth trial, so the mastermind had to find some way to move it along.
