This music is sheer genius - somehow manages to encapsulate the entire series in 20 seconds. The rest of the incidental music for the show is likewise just perfect - bravo David!
Hey David! There’s an awesome whistled melody that plays in the background of a couple scenes (including the second scene of the show, when Micheal and his son wake up in the attic of the model home). I can’t find it anywhere online or in the soundtrack. Do you know of any place I might be able to find it?
David, I'm a huge fan of your work (and a casual guitar player). Do you offer tablature for the Arrested Development soundtrack? I'd love to learn how to play your music.
David, I am coming to you on bended knee...I've dug through literally every assembly of arrested development tracks that I can find out there and there is one single song used a bunch of times in the show I cannot seem to find no matter how much I try...believe it will have been one of yours PLEASE HELP
A Tahitian Ukulele has 8 strings? Cool! But I don’t understand if he meant that it’s tuned in the My Dog Has Fleas tuning. And what does he mean with the G-C thing?
Рік тому+1
Each pair is tuned in unison. The main difference with a Hawaian uke is that courses 2 and 3 are an octave higher. I was trying to play this theme on a regular uke and found it extremely difficult. The secret was a different tuning! So, it's not My Dog has Fleas, although the notes are the same. The C-G thing is that coming from the guitar it's easier to think of the G shape in the guitar, but the actual sound is C, because the uke is tuned a 4th higher than a guitar.

Thanks so much. I had the most fun ever doing Arrested Development.
@@davidschwartz3997 I cannot even begin to imagine!
Holy crap! George Doering played this part??!! I'm a massive fan of his!!
Thanks! The soundtrack is scheduled for this November!
Lol video started playing in the background and I thought I was hearing buster!
Ooh, I've always wondered: Who did the whistle part?
Thanks for the LOVE and support! We just kicked off our Arrested Development UA-cam page, please subscribe! Respect
Uhhhh who’s gonna tell em?
That reminds me, I need to make sure those Motherboy tickets are for the band and not the mother/son talent show.

Awesome!
Long Shot. I cannot find "Dancing on the Grave" from Northern Exposure when Ruth Anne dances on her grave. Is there any place to find that?
DM me on my Instagram @decomposer, I will send you a link
AMAZING
Whoa, so I have always heard this was a banjo uke. It's actually a Tahitian ukulele. Crap, now I have to get one of those.
