I’ll put it this way. Homelander is strong for a human, but he’s never really fought against anyone as strong or stronger than him, he’s used to being borderline unkillable. He has never had to truly fight for his life, and he has never been truly challenged, and besides. He’s human. An egotistical and cruel one at that.
Omni man, in contrast, is a viltrumite able to thrash entire superhero teams.he was raised as a warrior, and has had to fight for his life before, and has killed immortals. He has to fight for survival regularly and has a warriors mindset. This is like a UFC fighter going out to fight an school playground bully.

It would be a cool battle. Omni-Man is tough, but his weakness is glaring once it’s figured out. Viltrumites are indestructible on the outside, but they’re just as soft and gooey as humans on the inside. Homelander has the ability to create a sonic scream that could really impair Omni-Man’s hearing and overall senses. Continued use of the sonic scream could deafen Omni-Man or even cause rupturing of internal organs.

What people forget about Homelander is that he has that one screaming power like sindel has, and adults are my main weakness. Is there high pitch of hearing. Meaning that home lander counters Omni man’s weakness entirely. Think about that

I totally agree, but there is one factor that favors Homelander. As we know, Omni gets stronger with age. However with Homelander immediately getting a dose of that...even way above the limit he should (bcz of course, adult baby, Homelander, I actually fukk with Homelander.) But if he were to get his hands on it and ramp his powers up to. Theoretically its a plausible thought/opinion that he could just keep taking the serum. He could reach Omni's strength and power. As it takes less time to take the serum. Omni is like a bottle of wine. It does indeed get better and stronger in time, but that's the weakness/thorn in Omni's side . Time. Now saying all that, let's keep a buck. No superman-child, immature, insecure, his ego and thinking he is stronger than any and everyone else. He is going to fight brash and recklessly out of anger and frustration, and will likely be self conscious and embarrassed due the world seeing their "strongest" hero that protects the planet. Get his ass handed to him by an alien. His insecurities, ego, childish, would likely serve aid to Omni. And with Omin being poised and far more experienced... even if he junkie's up and takes all the serum, making him a bit closer to Omni's power and strength. However, like the G.O.A.T Muhammad Ali especially prior to the Rumble in the jungle classic fight with Foreman. All that power is rendered obsolete if can't land anything. Also, being that Homelander being from earth and Omni an OP alien. He's likely never been passed the ozone later. So Omni could literally beat and kill Homelander just by grabbing Homelander and flying into space, snd suffocating Homelander to death, or even easier than that- just grab Homelander and throw him into space. Lmao. Also, he'd be able to notice when Homelander is getting frustrated and embarrassed and utilize that as an instrumentality to beat Homelander. Again, like the G.O.A.T Ali and George, another G.O.A.T. that is among the short list of heavyweight/ heavyweight champions touted for their devestating power. He was heavier, stronger, and meaner. He put on a gualent show/program and had Ali in attendance. Staring him down every time he knocked a fighter out. I can't recall the exact number of these heavyweights he sent to the upper room. If memory serves right-even partially so, it was at least 10, I think there were actually more but I can't recall. Ali let George get frustrated and embarrassed like he did Sonny Liston, making them fight desperately and recklessly. More focused on trying to beat Ali in the worst way possible. In this example, Homelander = George Foreman (he's younger, more sure of himself, underestimating almost everyone, an overestimating himself and his powers). Omni = Ali (older, battle ready & war tested, far more experienced/knowledgeable/wise/extremely intelligent/poised, rarely extending his full power and reserving until it's absolutely needed. Omni would snatch Homelander up by the ankle and smash him back and forth like Hulk did Loki, until he was dead... then keep going until he splits this entire planet in twain. Can't wait to hear, "Omni man wins...flawless victory". This shi' is going to be good lbvs
