This succulent is the easiest one to grow. Succulent are slow growers. It will give pups from sides when mature enough. All good except excess eatering.

Though I have no experience of your climate, but if you have regulated temperature indoors n some sunlight from windows, I think few indoors can work.

You definitely need to provide a shade in extreme summer month

Potting soil should be very porous and should not retain water. From my experience
Yes Pooja is correct . Additionally it needs some sun ,can't be kept indoors forever.
