I sprayed two spritz at the local store, went ahead and continued shopping in the plaza and I could not stop smelling it, then got 3 compliments within 5 mins in a row!!! Went back and bought it!!!

I got this at the end of last summer got sick and just getting into it! First 10 sprays im like its ok 20 to 30 in and its officially in the spring summer lineup with my hawas!
Old comment but still this stuff is probably the best Cologne you can buy for $15 longevity and silage are moderate I disagree that the reviewer said it smells cheap it's a unique fragrance.
Wearing this right now. I love it. It's been my signature work scent this summer. It's a nice, inoffensive salty aquatic. It really shines though in high heat. It performs and projects better when you're sweating. I paid $15 myself, but I would have easily paid $35 for it.
I have to say . This fragrance for the price is unbelievable. I have fragrances that are 3 times the price of this that can't compete with projection or longevity. It's one of the best clean/ soapy / powdery scents I have used. Well worth the purchase.
yesterday I was at Ross and saw a 4 oz of Michael Kors Extreme Blue without a price sticker, they told to me find anything MK in the frangranves to compare the price. All they had was case of minis for women for 17. Ended up copping extreme blue for 17 at Ross.
I've had premium blend for 4-5 months now & you are absolutely spot on with your review. I also purchased original penguin ice blue & ooof, it flat out stinks. Makes premium blend seem high class
Picked this up on clearance at Ross last night for $11.99. Came with body wash too. Definitely a great summer scent! I have St. Bart's and it does remind me of it due to the zesty opening and salty/aquatic notes. I haven't smelt St. Kitts but Fragrantica rates it the closest comparison. I spritzed my arm before bed and could still pick it up this morning.

Love TJMAXX and Penguin Premium Blend for only $15. Not a Bad way to start your fragrance collection especially for young guys on a Budget since most people don't have to spend $120 on Armani Cologne to work at Starbucks or Denny's.
I love Premium Blend. Am I the only one that notices a tobacco kinda smell towards the final notes?

I love your videos, and pretty much most of the time I agree with you, except this one. If this was the same scent but under a premium brand, I think your review would be very different in terms of valuing the scent; sort of like what happens when reviewing cheap and expensive wines, the mind changes the perception of something depending on the price tag. I have the dark blue bottle of Penguin which is nice. I use it as an around the house or bedtime fragrance. I never picked up the frosted bottle because I couldn't find alot of positive reviews. Informative video! Btw, what's that music in the background of your videos...nice!

Guy Laroche Horizon on FragranceNet for less than $7 for 1.7 oz. Excellent clean and zesty and is inoffensive and very memorable. It is one of my two yard work scents along with Glen Perri Unpredictable Intense.

This review came out at the right time because I'm heading out to Tj Maxx today ;) You can also get Perry Ellis Aqua extreme on fragrancenet for around 25 bucks :) I would still like to try this one out tho for the right price :) it could also work for days that I don't always need to wear something exotic ;) with that said I always love your take on fragrances and this one is exactly the type of feedback I was looking for on this perfume. Keep up the great work and as always stay clean my brotha!

@@HollerAtcherBoi At the time, I picked up samples from the department store and tried them on skin. None of them were very musky or off-putting. They were your normal everyday fragrances, but nothing special either to me. You might differ.

All fragrances are going to be subjective based off where you live, what kind of temperatures it is and the type of person you are. I can easily see myself shirtless at a resort poolside drinking with this on and it’d work perfect! If you can put yourself in any scenario like that, for $15 bucks like I just picked it up for it’s a great fragrance.
For the $15 price range I'm reaching for the English Laundry (still want a few - Cambridge Knight and Oxford Bleu - so i'm hoping TJ Maxx reloads these). Best cheapies, as others have mentioned, are the Mont Blanc.

I haven't watched this yet as I'm at work, but I'll check it out tonight. Here are my thoughts on this one. I picked this up from Marshall's for $14.99 and was really disappointed in all of the reviewers hyping it. I purchased with low expectations, but what I got was a less pleasant alternative to Nautica Voyage. I rarely reach for Voyage, so I know I'll NEVER wear this. I get that it's a cheapie, but people need to stop hyping this IMO.

Hey idk if you have done this before, but could you do some reviews on some fragrances from Rich & Ruitz like Valor or Mirage? There are some interesting looking scents but not much info or reviews are out there about it.
Sprayed it in the airport lasted all day lol. Didn't like the older penguin fragrances but these are pretty decent

Penguin 🐧 Iconic blend is my favorite from the line it really has character than the original 👍
I have Original, Premium, and Iconic Blend. I prefer the Iconic Blend far and above the other two.

I would have to agree Stephen, Mont Blanc is my go-to cheapie house as well. I have 6 of their releases in my collection thus far and plan on keeping them all!
I have Individuel, Starwalker, and Emblem and they all smell amazing. My favorite house currently.

Smelled this after getting Tommy Bahama St Kitts for $20...they smell very very close in the opening and mid. Glad I kept St Kitts

Man. I can't find ANYTHING at TJ Maxx, or Ross, or Marshall's...unless it's holiday time (Thanksgiving/ Christmas). Went searching around at close to 3 or 4 of each of these stores over the past few months. Nothing. TONS of Polo Club (7$) frags, a few Azzaro Chrome, the Cuba's, and like 15 Versace Dreamer's. 🤣🤣🤣. I don't get it. Now...during the Holiday season...it's a different story. I've found Acqua di Parma, Chanel, and the likes - along with some REALLY great designers. Then, when Feb rolls around...the shelves are barron.

Don’t get the ice blue and I got a cheap gift box for $12.99 from Ross the other day. I haven’t opened it and you can smell it through the box and it smells like laundry detergent and the same standard smell in cleaning products like Gain. I’m gonna return it and even if it was cheap, I’m never going to use it.

I just picked up Iconic Blend today for $15. One spray on my wrist 4 hours ago and I'm still catching whiffs of it. It's not mind blowing by any means but I quite like it. Definitely happy with it.
Last month I saw Penguin Premium Blend and Tommy Bahama's St. Kitts both for $12-$15 at TJ Maxx. Never smelled either but recalled hearing of them. I went with the St. Kitts and almost drove back for the Penguin. I later heard they smell similar. And after watching this video I will not look to buy Penguin and feel better about my decision. Thanks for the info. BTW St. Kitts is rather bland but the price was right.
At Ross I've copped st barts and set sail martinique.. both are incredible for the price. Set sail was my favorite of the two.. smells like you literally walked onto an island beach..

IMHO no contest. Burberry Weekend blows Premium Blend out of the water, if you like citrus heavy scents, like me, more than citrus-fresh aquatics. Plus you can find Burberry Weekend 3.3oz testers on ebay for $13.
This is the type of fragrance you take with you to the beach or just a day in the park. Great for the price but yes nothing Spectacular.

You get 1-2 hours and it’s done. That’s ok though. It’s very inexpensive.
I think you and your girl are dead wrong on this scent. Perhaps all the other scents have clouded your nostrils. There is another video reviewing this premium blend and all the comments are positive and glowing. You say it smells like nothing at all? Your nose has been compromised if you came to that conclusion. This is a solid cologne and can't beat the price.
Fragrantica is very inflated with biases, quite abit of blind hate for new releases (i.e. Viking smells like Gary Spongebob Squarepants) or overhype for mediocre fragrances.
Just get cool water or blue touch for $15 there way better options at the same price
Thank you for being the only person to speak honestly about this fragrance. After how much others have talked this up, this was the biggest disappointment to me after purchasing. The scent smelled like an old woman to me- this indiscernible, mossy/musk scent that was neither fresh nor pleasant. You have gained a subscriber after this video...
