I can understand with the parking problem in Banjul. It would be a good idea to introduce a double yellow line system for no parking. As a tourist myself I love to see people out on the streets selling stuff and making a living to feed the family. Their is to much poverty in Gambia as it is, taking these small sellers off the streets is just adding to the poverty that exists now. Shop keepers should be aloud to store goods outside on the shop front, as long as their is room for people to walk on the pavements safely. Me myself would have first looked on a map of Banjul and interjected suitable parking places for the public and shop keepers before moving them on to find parking for them self's, this is just moving the problem else where. More funding from the government to put into the infrastructure is needed, car parks, repairing the pavements and roads.

Absolutely. The money spend on this could have been invested on something else that will reduce unemployment than spending to add more unemployment. Most of us our parents sell in the street to pay our school fees today some of us are in higher position. What happen to people that have our similar story.

We are always listening to followers and always nice except if they want to go out of the boundary. Part of being nice is the reason we try to reply to almost everyone. If you know UA-cam you will not complain. I'll give you an example. The biggest UA-camr is Mr beast. Go watch his thumbnails and watch the video and see for yourself how things work.

In the thumbnail of this video, a snake was wrapped around Mr Beast's neck. Now watch the video and see if you will see a snake in the video much more to wrap it on his neck. The snake is to send a message that it is a scary video and to grab viewers attention.

In this second video, Mr beast was in chains and appeared to be in prison. Watch the video and see if you will see Mr beast in chains or kept in prison. The message is, it is a difficult video for the participants.
Now if you watch the full video you understand that the thumbnail is speaking to the video not necessarily what you see is exactly what's in the video but you have to watch the full video to see the sense in the thumbnail.
Now back to my thumbnail. If we mentioned statehouse what comes to your mind? Barrow right, now taskforce team cleared the areas of statehouse. So to create curiosity and to let people know this video is about the clearing of road near the statehouse is what the thumbnail is speaking.
Finally you should understand that out of over 20,000 people who watch the video, over 100 comments, less then 10 people complained about the thumbnail and 1 or 2 people complains that they will unsub and about a 100 new people subscribed on this video alone. Tell me if we are doing good or not.
I will end my reply with this. Mostly those who don't watch the full video to see where they clear till they get to statehouse will complain. The second group of people who will complain are those who don't understand UA-cam. So my reply to them is "if they want to see a sense of the thumbnail they will see it, if they want to see fault, they will see it. As a human being we will always find what we are looking for. We respect subscribers and value their comments and suggestions. But few will always be there who will go out of boundary and we will not allow them to come and dirty talk us.
