Titus Canyon in Death Valley National Park | On the Trail

If you’re looking for a trail to show your friends exactly why going off-road is so amazing, or are just getting into off-roading yourself, Titus Canyon in Death Valley National Park is the perfect place to go. It may get a bit toasty out there, but off-roading Death Valley National Park is definitely worth it. From beautiful vistas to fascinating history and a slot canyon, this journey has it all.

In order to take on this trail yourself, all you’ll need is a vehicle with decent ground clearance, but host Matt Moghaddam and Nitto Pit Crew members Geoff Tumang and Jonathan Hume all brought vehicles that were far more capable than that and ran the gamut of the Ford truck lineup. Starting with Matt Moghaddam, he brought out his fully built APG ProRunner Ranger on 35-inch Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Geoff Tumang had the tamest of the bunch, with his Ford F150 on 35-inch Nitto Trail Grapplers, and Jonathan Hume brought his Ford Raptor on 37-inch Trail Grapplers.
While this trail may not be as technical as some of the other ones Driving Line has taken on over the course of the series, that doesn’t mean it isn’t dangerous. Death Valley is called that for a reason, so you’ll definitely want to go with friends and some sort of satellite locator or phone in case things go wrong.
