It really worked! It's been 3 or 4 days since I did the technique. I had a lot of resistance. It happened when I let it go... As you said, Matt, I knew when to look at my phone but this knowledge was on the subconscious level. First time I did this I envisioned an email instead of a text coming from a perspective employer asking for a second interview with me. Within 24 hours I got it. Tonight while doing it at 12:30 am I envisioned getting a text from my bf knowing he would be asleep by now, and at the moment in the exercise he says “put your phone down” I did and he text me right at that moment and all I could do was laugh 😂❤
Step 1 : Calm your mind by slowly breathing exercise , and clear any kind of negative thoughts. This exercise starts at 5:20 Step 2 : Visuization 7:00 Step 3: Thought transference process 10:00 After these steps, put your phone down and detach and be relaxed because you already manifested the text message. 🥰✨

This worked for me!!! Communication from my sp had been few and far between. I was feeling kind of down and then came across this video. I sat down and set a timer for 15 minutes and put earplugs in to really relax as I did the breathing exercises. When the timer went off I was going to continue with the other techniques he describes. But as the timer on my wrist vibrated, then literally at the same time my phone vibrated that I got a message from this person! The timing was so unbelievable I cried. Just relax and believe good things are coming to you!
