Theoretically easy, mechanically a challenge (for me at least). Good stuff, thank you, give me a couple of months, minimum :) When records like this play in my head all day I need to accept the challenges however they be.
Thanks a lot for showing us how to play this awesome tune. Otherwise, I would like to know, in order to practice, the site where you got that backing track. Thanks in advance.
Hi - I use an app called Moises. It lets you upload a track - it then separates out the instruments so I could just turn off the guitars and play over it. ;) very clever app
Hi Colin. I had my guitar set to the middle with both pick ups on. The both pickup were turned down a bit and the tone turned down quite a bit to give them more body. Then TS808 on but with only a tiny bit of drive and the tone down quite low. Then Amp Marshall DSL50 on clean channel with the gain at about 4 (ish) and the eq with the mids pushed up, bass pulled back a touch and tops pulled back a touch (classing 12ocock as neutral). I hope that helps :)
Thanks.

What did you use to get the tone.

Nice to see a Ted Greene book on the stand
That book is AMAZING! I think it’s the 4th copy I’ve owned as I keep giving them to people to help spread the word of Ted Greene
