I started playing the Cm... than I endced up sliding to C and ended with F harmonic minor with borrowing some semis and sounding like hejaz... It can be played with 2-3 scales and this proves the quality of the writer !

Your backingtracks are great, they sound incredible and I consider myself a fan of everything you do, it would be possible that in the future you will put together a section with backingtracks that change tonality and modulate to be able to use them as guitar practice

Awesome work! I just subscribed yesterday, but have been coming here for quite a while. During these times that we're in right now, these tracks have been a great blessing.

Great track! To emulate this track the 6th string is tuned to D and the 4th is tuned to C...FYI

I've noticed on another C minor track you only used Bb and Eb, while this one includes Ab. I'm confused, would that not mean you were playing in Gm if you're primarily using Bb and Eb?

It could have been in a different mode. Something like C Dorian would fit what you described I think.

    • @soap6939

I thought modes just changed where you started in the scale, not the notes in the scale

If there isn’t any Gm chord in the song, only Cm, Eb, Bb, you wouldn’t usually classify it as G minor, but C minor or C Dorian.
But from those chords alone you cannot clearly define the mode, so you can play either C aeolian or C Dorian over it and resolve the ambiguity :)

Wild and majestic... Dude with all due respect there is nothing wild or majestic or even metal about this track. Please! How about titling these tracks a little more accurately. this is effectively clickbait for guitarists. This is why I don't sub to most backing tracks channels. Just because the industry like beats at 120 per doesn't mean a guitar player wants to practice to something sleep inducing. how about making a few tracks that actually are what the title says and bumping up the tempo to 180+ once in a while. Sorry to rant but I waste so much time TRYING to practice and not doing anything new when I find tracks like this because I end up in an algorithm loop of it offering me increasingly slower tracks every time I have to spend a couple of minutes finding out a track I'm playing is NEVER going to increase speed before moving on to something else. PLEASE stop wasting my time and lying in your descriptions. Then maybe i'd sub. It can't be all about clicks. If your channel is here in part to help others using the same zzz inducing tempo and never offering something different is NOT helping them. Sorry to rant but I've tried this channel repeatedly over the last 3 years and it's either this or just tell youtube to not show me your videos and I really don't want to do that.
