This Lancaster was presented to the NZ air crew of bomber command from the government of France , it needs to be relocated to the RNZAF Museum in Christchurch it doesn't belong to motat or Auckland city give it up , it does not belong to you .

It was actually given to the people of New Zealand by the Government of France, look it up.
