    I feel so happy watching this after my pass, I'm literally watching this for delight! GL everyone, I used MD, Bootcamp, INBDE decks, studied over a year in and out hard / soft and so on, also over a year since I'm foreign trained, Stuff like this helps a lot! Having a study schedule and consistency is key. I also paniqued and did NBDE booster twice and everyday The Study Boards quick mode.

    I’m wondering are all the questions include clinical cases or are there any general/basic science questions?

    Hi! Thanks for such an informative video! I wonder sth; you’ve mentioned about 2 sources: one is Mental Dental youtube channel; the other is anki cards. Are these the cards that are found in mental dental videos? Or where can i find them?

    Hi, did you need a specific app to open the anki cards after you downloaded them ? Its been impossible for me to open the on google docs, the documents are empty 😭😭

      You need to download the Anki app. I’d look up a tutorial on how to install Anki and import decks.

    Hi I am wonder what your performance score and peer rank was on board vitals?
    Mine is low and it’s making me worried

    • @connorhenderson5396
      @connorhenderson5396 2 роки тому +1

      Totally understandable! My score was 77% and my peer rank was 48th percentile. I didn't use board vitals the last month or so before my test though so it likely would have gone up some had I continued using it. You've got this!

    Can you please say some ways for foreign students .i am recently doing bds in my country .how to get those cards here.I really want to but no study material .only thing i can study from is mental dental video

    • @connorhenderson5396
      @connorhenderson5396 Рік тому

      Do you have access to reddit? The link for the Anki cards is in the description. Something maybe you could look into is getting a VPN so you could access study materials that are only available in the US from your country. Sorry I can't offer much more help than that! Let me know if you have any more specific questions.

    does anyone use booster? I want to sign up for it and they have an 8 weeks plan which incudes the Anki cards and mental dental videos in that plan .... im so confused as of which one to choose and start from , bootcamp of booster?

    • @connorhenderson5396
      @connorhenderson5396 Рік тому +1

      Booster wasn't a thing (at least that I knew about) when I was studying for the DAT. If you look on Reddit, there are a lot of people who say nothing but great things about booster. I'd just choose one and go with it. Better to get started studying than to waste a bunch of time trying to decide how you're going to study. I don't think you can really go wrong with either one.

    What were you ranging score-wise when it came to bootcamp/ practice questions in general? I am taking my test in about a month and a half and i am testing at like low to mid 60s, and its making me freak out. I know the test is scored differently not just raw score, but i feel like i should be higher. :/

    • @connorhenderson5396

      I don't remember a score from bootcamp, but I think from board vitals my score was 77%, which was after seeing the questions multiple times. I've known students that were scoring similar to you and passed. Don't be too surprised if you don't feel great when you take your exam. I didn't but it all worked out. Good luck!

    • @connorhenderson5396
      @connorhenderson5396 2 роки тому +1

      I'm currently at Roseman in Utah. I graduate in less than a year! I think the INBDE is probably easier than the previous board exam. It's very clinical focused so it asks about things you're familiar with from being in clinic and doing dentistry. There are plenty of questions that you won't know and likely wouldn't know regardless of how long you study, but it's very doable.

      @connorhenderson5396 2 роки тому +2

      @@abrarmohammed917 I'm not familiar with mosby or board busters, but no there isn't anything from part 1 that I know of on the INBDE. I'd say the mental dental videos cover everything you need to know and more, so I'd start with those and then choose a resource for practice questions. I was intimidated by the exam as well, but you've got this!
