I’m a speech-language pathologist that works closely with physiatry in neuro rehab in Canada! Nice to see a physiatrist featured and shout out the interdisciplinary team!
I'm an SLP too and I wish I went this route instead.
I love the new question about emerging research! I hope it sticks around!
Coolest field, especially with the United States aging population
I went to undergrad in San Antonio and the Pearl was one of my favorite places to visit.
Its 1oz for every pound!!!! haha
1) How competitive is finding a residency in PM&R in comparison to others
2) Could you combine PM&R with geriatrics? What would this programs (timing/duration) look like?
I'm a fairly new nurse practitioner that is currently in the interview/job process for an in patient PM&R position. Definitely an underrated specialty and one I didn't even know about until I started the interview process. I'm excited and hoping that this position goes through. Great, informative video!
can someone tell me how people make enough money to live through bachelors into med school and into residency? finances are whats preventing me

Loans and crippling debt lol - MS1 student
