@@dennis1954 Yes, I mean the old tradition is wash the whole meat before cut so inner nutrition is kept. In some cuisine even blood is used as broth main ingredient.

Is there any unknown reason why you wash the meat after cutting it? This entire time I was told that washing after cut will rub off the nutrition.
I use the closed caption option (CC) for translation. It said to wash the blood out and reduce the smell.
