Man I just belong there and hopefully 1 day I can make it down there to be apart of it. The people, the bikes, atmosphere, stories and history is top notch and id love to spend the day hanging out with everyone appreciating it all and maybe even leaving with a bike too. I really loved that Vincent Black Shadow. What a beautiful bike and my name is Vincent too so it's a perfect match. I wonder what it sold for. Thanks for showing us this great video!
Thank you, hope to see you there. It’s $200 to register to bid but spectator tickets are $30. You don’t have to buy a bike to see the show.
@@MechanicalAdvantageGarage Awesome, thank you! Have a blessed New Year!
Thanks for keeping your eyes on the two strokes! The modified 1975 KH500, instead of rear shocks are those static metal frame braces? If yes, I would think that would be a harsh ride.
Yes they are drag racing struts. I used to have a set with mounts for wheelie bars on a CB750 i owned as well as a 1976 KH500 I ran with a rear car tire slick. It’s a harsh street ride but works for the drag strip.
Thanks for the wide view!
No problem!
@38:24 in front of the Honda is the Yankee 460 motocrosser, it has the #3 on the side panels. There is only 1 in existence. It's the blue bike with the red and white striped rear fender. Probably one of the rarest dirt bikes on earth. Made in USA and was tested and raced by the first professionally paid motocrosser here in the states, Barry Higgins. A ton of (short) history with that bike only a few know...
That’s great info
The Sprint was a great deal assuming it was a good runner....beautiful bike.
Yes it was!
900f is the nicest bike ever
I like them a lot, had two. Not sure if it’s the nicest ever, but it’s a fantastic bike.
Yes that was cool
Thanks!
Thx for the video. Rubbing my hands together waiting for the Z1’s this year. $60k ??
Lot T186.1 was a burgundy z1 in amazing shape and it went for $18,700. Behind it was a Z1R at Lot T187 and it went for $23,100. lots T209 and T210.1 were a pair of 1975 z1’s and they went for $11,000 and $25,300.
There is a really really nice 1973 Jaffa Z1 that is coming up on Saturday that should blow everyone out of the water. 😉
Buddy of mine is selling a Indian at that auction
Very cool
H2s shocked me. I wanted one for a long time.
And it’s just the first day, there are 4 more here slated for big money days. Waiting to see if Saturday an h2 clears $40k
Shit I have a few
21 k for a 74 500 nuts which chambers. I have a mint 72H1B 500.
There were 2 1975 H2’s that went for $33,000 a piece on Thursday. There is a really nice 72 slated to come up on the big money days that people are predicting will touch $40k. I have a 1974 H2 and 5 h1s in storage that I should get restoring based on these prices.
I have a couple of friends who are out there with their dad that Owns the H2..
