Great video. We recently moved to NC and although i love it here, i think we came late to the party. The cost of living in Raleigh is mind blowing. The diversity of the ciry brought me here but unfortunately, also brought everyone else. Every day there's a uhaul truck and every day the home prices seem to rise. Currently looking at moving further south and into SC. Columbia seems like a decent city with enough diversity to appeal to my family. We came from the Midwest and diversity, more so recently, has been such a big motivation for people to move to certain cities. Plus, we'll be closer to Charleston. Such a beautiful place
Check out Hitchcock Woods. In the centre of town. Only Horses and walking. Bigger than Central Park. All trails are groomed. World wide horse show. Also USCA. We have polo and friendly people. 2 golf courses. Famous palmetto golf club. Which is a public course and it was built by The Augusta architect. The is also a very Very exclusive Golf Course Called Sage Valley, That is where all the pros go to practice for The Augusta Golf Tour. Some People rent their houses out while the tour is in Augusta as Aiken is only about 35 minutes from Augusta.
I am in California, and my family and I are moving to South Carolina. We’ve narrowed it down to a couple places. Mt. pleasant, Lexington, Columbia. I don’t want diverse, because I know what that gets you. I’m looking for conservative only, so I had to scratch Charleston off my list, and I might have to scratch Columbia off as well. I will be taking a trip down this summer for a couple weeks, to have a look around at many cities and counties. Left cities and towns, will not get my money, and I have a lot to spend. Oh and I may hire a realtor to take me around. Any suggestions on conservative areas, please comment back.

@@NightPhantom392 thanks for the insight!
Columbia is definitely much smaller of a city and area than Raleigh.
I lived in Aiken for 7 years. You better add this town to your BEST Place to live.
All personal perspective. Not our area but had some not like it and choose this area.
Thanks for the insight.

Hey Brandon, nice video.
Mosquitoes can't cross the road 😅
Haha right! I thought it was a joke but I have heard it from multiple people and sources!
Consider AIKEN SC
Aiken isn’t in our area, not planning on making any videos about Aiken.
Thanks for the insight.
