Hi Sheetal Here is my recipe for cook mutton curry in Easy way so I hope you like it Marinate Mutton with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric and chili powder. Refrigerate and keep for at least 2 hours.
Add oil on a pressure cooker with cinnamon bay leaves and green chilies.then add finely chopped onion Saute evenly until golden. Add the marinated mutton. Cover and cook for another 10 mins. Keep stirring occasionally. You will see that oil begins to separate. add in tomato puree very small quantity Saute for another 5 to 6 mins. Pour water. Give a good stir. Cook covered on a medium flame for 2 whistles you can add Coconut or curry leaves for flavor. Then you’ll have an authentic mutton curry .

Sheetal mutton re ada rasuna piaja ra bata..luna..haladi..lanka gunda both kashmiri au degi mirch..jeera and dhania powder..bt mu MDH ra meat masala diye...sethire sorisa tela and dahi au tomatto kata dei golei marinate kari 1 hr freeze re rakhi diye...alu ku bhaji diye...1 kg re 5 ta piaja saru saru lamba lamba kati niye...sorisa tela garam kari sethire chini diye..then piaja au teja patra diye.. golden hei gale marinated mutton pakei dhankei diye au bhalare kase..bahut kase then pani au alu dei pressure dei diye...last re dhania patra and garam masala dei diye...some times gota rasuna pura duita pakayi diye kasila bele hi...try it.. bahut tasty bane
