I am Greek, and I am so glad that this material is finally being taught at all educational levels. I teach this to my own classes. Ancient Greece owed so much to Black African culture. Herodotus himself wrote of this with so much admiration and pride.
The racial makeup of ancient Egypt is still being sorted out.
@Mame Game
The earliest starting point for Egyptian culture seems to be the southern Egyptian city of Heironkopolis:

@@CrowdPleeza That's because of the many invations that took place, starting with the Hyksos in 1730 BCE, the Assyrians in 661BCE, the Persians in 525BCE, the Greeks in 333BCE, the Romans in 26BCE and the Arabs in 639AD to the present. We are talking about a civilization that started long before 3200BCE, a date agreed upon by Egyptologist because they didn't want to go beyond the date of creation that was stated in the Bible, 4004BCE. What created the most confusion is the changing of names of people, places and things in and around Africa to European names. The defacing of sculptures and monuments is another thing that has created the situation we find ourselves in today.
@Mame Game Is the beginning of the Nile in Somalia?
@Kit Kefner Not a single black god, what are you trying to say?
I think your content is life saving for black people. You have educated me so much I am even learning African languages. Your content is so important to me. Thank you so much Brudha.
Thats good Africa have alot indigenous languages we all

Don't limit yourself to just African languages because truthfully majority of languages were created by our Atmaurean ancestors of the various regions across the world. Here in the Americas we spoke Uranic/Atmaurean/Moorish Latin(Classical Latin), Kem, Arabic, Caanite/Moabite, Phoenician, Hebrew, English(Bruttium) and German(Holy Roman Empire),etc.

This is one of the most intelligent brothers of our time. We appreciate your consistency in your teachings.
@Narciso de Almeida Your the liar.
History is a set of LIES AGREED UPON who said that? Yes Napoleon Bonaparte!! Thats what a white man wrote and thats wat you read in your History books and for good reason. So as you will learn in this important time. Nothing is wat it seems if you Really do some research with an open mind. But if you don't like the outcome i can imagine you can react the way you do.
Thank you brother for keeping this african stories and knowledge during these complicated times!
Aa
Can't get enough of these videos when l research it is pretty accurate
Why didn't they list the spelling of his name to pronounce it? Uua Assoc. Lou, Ky.
Also look up Abu Bakr II... dude's story is fascinating.

These videos should be a source of inspiration to the rest of us who wish to know more about ourselves. Proud of you my brother.
As a lightskin black man. My European family made me feel like my black side was nothing.. and that I should ween it out by marrying a white woman.. these videos are helping me so much! I am proud of being part nilo Saharan and Nigerian. I am 1/3 African and I am PROUD of who I am.
1/3 African mean something to you but its an insult to us who are fully black. Your white side reigns supreme it seems... it takes 2 african parents to make an African child just like it takes 2 white parents to make a white child...
Once again thanks bro for the work you do
Loving the presentation, keep putting out quality content. Salute✊
IMO, this was without question your most truthful, most relevant presentation!
In a Facebook Black History group, I asked people if they could meet 5 historical figures who would they meet. For me personally, Menes is one icon that I would meet.
Imhotep
King Gilgamesh
@@pigmentrich224,
My #1 would be Imhotep🌻💛🌻

King Za I would want to meet Imhotep and whoever his master teacher was. Menes/Narmer, Ramses, and kush
Hannibal, Queen Dido(Elissa Baiere), Imhotep IV/Ank Aton(Akenaten), Yusef Ibn Tashfin, Mansa Musa.
Love the content
I don’t agree with Europeans digging up graves and violating people’s tombs
@Narciso de Almeida By changing it?
@Narciso de Almeida kinda true its 50/50 I feel like they change shit on purpose
Well that is how we learn things, those graves are just gonna go away with time and we will just lose information.
I watch these everytine u drop better then what they teach at school keep it up we are on quartine anyway
I save all these videos on the playlist!
Dude knows his content!
Thank you for the lesson. Very much appreciated
Bruh you should do an interview with Dr. Kambon. Dude is like walking PanAfricanism, he's also versed in this and he can actually read the Kemet Gyphs. Yall could prolly talk for like 80 hours.
He’s almost as full of shit as the racist Victorians who white washed history.
Love your videos brother keep up the good work. The identification of the historical Menes (a nebty-name) with Narmer (a Horus-name) evidenced in the archaeological record (both figures are credited with the unification of Egypt and as the first pharaoh of Dynasty I) as the predecessor of Hor-Aha (the second pharaoh). We need more independent Africans researching the Nile Vally like Dr Anthony Browder. 🧐👍🏿✊🏿💪🏿
When you are (Africa) the root, the seed of everything great, in this world, others will minimize your greatness greatly and cover up their evilness and a lack of true leadership.
They will copycat, your walk, talk style, physicalness, music, dance, food, dressing, hair and skin tone, etc.
Why, because of your greatness as true Kings and Queens of life...
I believe Africa is the birthplace
Of all mankind but not all people
Believe in that some think is a lie
@Margaret Body Well, said.
Dude, we got a long way to go. They still rule everything thing. We are still slaves. As long as our people are in church wasting their time worshipping and teaching a lie it will be a long long time before anything changes. Until we change nothing will change, and it starts by knowing who you are. "Man know thyself ".
@MrKaskelen What you don't get without the drums from Africa and guitars from spain. You wouldn't have the need nor the purpos nor the rhythm to play. Also most instruments came out of European country, all else in this contry were added on.
Just understand, you did not, do all good things by yourselves.
@MrKaskelen you need to read my response than once.
Always informative, always connecting the dots and meticulously reassembling fractured and stolen histories.
Great video. Stay safe my man
I’m literally binge watching these videos!
They need to focus on things like this is school, they only for the most part they talk about the contributions Europeans made to history. Barley touch on anything like this.
Stevie Anderson ummmm 🤨 ok. I’ll check him out.
Yeah because most history at school is American history and most Americans are White.
We need to build our own schools
Western civilization (i'm part of it) still celebrates murderers and dictator from our history. We should celebrate People like Nikola Tesla not some Kings or generals
with blood on their hands
@@MultiKingvegeta and generate propaganda, lies, half truths and exaggerations for the proletarians? 😂 you guys are literally delusional I can’t take you seriously. You idiots think Africa is one race and one country. I’ll be awaiting Mongolians, and Koreans to Romanticize and Appropriate, hijack Indian culture and civilization for the mere reason it’s on the same damn continent. They wouldn’t do that though. Because they don’t suffer from low self esteem and the urge to take someone’s identity. So the closest thing you people will do is plant your self next to Egypt. It’s hysterical.

Narmer was a black man based on the western civilization's description and lead 1 of the most influential civilizations ever ✅
I very much enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work!
Another Great Episode!
Amazing Documentaries! ♥️🖤❤️
I want to thank you my KING for the knowledge you provide for our, people, culture and way of life!!!
Africa is the Alpha and Omega of EVERYTHING
It is the alpha and omega but so much of what he says isn’t knowledge. It’s propaganda through a different lens. I guess someone’s gotta do what the racist white folk of yesteryear did except in an Afrocentric view. I too like to call what I want to hear truth instead of seeking unbiased info by myself.
@@MarketPlunger All the people depicted on the Narmer Palette have Afro textured hair!!!! Where were all the straight haired gentlemen ?
Good shit, Narmer always seems to be forgotten in discussions of influential rulers. People have a hard time mapping out a timeline for such old civilizations.
Amazing video !!!
The videos keep getting better
Thanks for the inf bro
Interesting, as always. Thanx

Where the Greeks departed from the inspiration of ancient Egypt is seen in the advent of contrapposto in Greek sculpture. The more realistic, yet idealised, depiction of male beauty (mostly) reflects the development of the intrinsic value of the individual in Greek culture, and by extrapolation, Western culture.
Fun Fact: *King Narmer/Menes re routed the Nile River course to his Capitol city Memphis*
This brother is Fire with that truth, Ta-Seti, was a kingdom however that had something like 5 Golden Ages people don't understand Egypt is Johnny Come Lately and is the grandchild of the those Black Nubians/Kushites as a matter of fact the reason why Egypt was able to strive as quickly was because the great Scholars, Builders, Engineers, Doctors, Mathematicians, Philosophers, and Preist came from Nubia, and the Great Lakes region to Egypt
Actually the only thing Egypt is considered more advanced than those Nations before her is because of the writting system in which it was documented on the walls.
Don't trip Egypt was all of that, but it was indeed a babe in the birth of an established culture. As the Nubians had her by at least 200 years
When Egypt declined the people moved West, hence you see Mali, Timbuktu, Songhai come into prominence.
@Narciso de Almeida They were Blacks too, why do all the people on the Narmer Palette have Afro textured hair if they were non black ?? And thank goodness you mentioned Zimbabwe,, As a Zimbabwean I urge you to google Zimbabwe ruins and see that they carried their Stone masonry culture from Kemet to Zimbabwe. And not to mention The Cartouche of Pharaoh Thutmose iii that was found in Zimbabwe.
LOVE the African Chant at early in this video....what is name of it?....where can I find??
I wish I had money to buy some merchandise lol
We need more like you.
The links to the resources are not correct. Is there another way to get them?
Read the AFRICAN ORIGIN OF CIVILIZATION by Cheikh Anta Diop.
He was also known as the Scorpion King !
Thank you brother
Heavy.
Ps Thank You Fam.
Hey brother what is this song you are using? Would love to listen to it in it’s entirety
Great work, but I would change the title to " The most important man to influence Western Civilization", since Narmer/Menes was not in that civilization, but crucially affected it.
Keep it up.
it should say the most important man that we really know nothing about except for a few things written a thousand years later, then interpreted by racists Victorians, then reinterpreted by Afrocentric propagandists trying to out do the racist white propagandists of yesteryear
The content of your information is clear but I wanna understand where your information comes from? Can you reference the books, essays or something like other great educational scholars have done for us in the past. Wonder work, most positive information.

Humans originated on the continent of Africa, of course that is the beginning of all civilization. Black people played a significant role in world history. The West took credit.....

The you my brother, you just provided me with my new sir name (Ta-Seti)...
You are doing the Lord’s work thank you!
"There's a common saying that Egyptian civilization or culture conquered the conquerors." That resembles these lines from Horace: "Graecia capta ferum victorem cepit/ Et artes intulit agresti Latio." However, he wasn't talking about Egypt.
Great!. Thanks AFRICA MOTHER OF ALL CIVILIZATIONS.
YESSIRRR😁😁
I thought before i watched this, that it would be about the early Egyptian super-genius Imhotep!! He was like the Isaac Newton or Aristotle of his time, and was revered by the ancient Greeks as almost being a god. PLEASE do a good episode on Imhotep!! Thanks in anticipation.
Why would you use Aristotle and Newton as an example for Imhotep who clearly was above both men intellectually and he lived thousands of years before both men; is it because you know that he was a black man and so it was easy for you to still attempt to give them as equal of importance to this black man!
@@cush5147 ok: I'll leave the selection of more modern geniuses to compare Imhotep to you: name your candidates please
@@altareggo Imhotep should not be compared to any modern day intellectual as no one can compare to his former intellectual mastery; He, like the other ancient Egyptians, (meaning Kemet which is what the blacks called their cultural complex but the term Egypt was a Greek name that was given to these Northeast Africans at the tale end of their dynastic periods) had to go to school and obtain extensive learning and training for 45 years so yes Imhotep has to stand alone in regard to being compared to his present day peers.
Jah bless, one love.
There's nothing new under the Sun, Egypt has taught the World!!!
America is Egypt on paper also called turtle island, Al Moroc, Maghrib etc
Narmer the 1st pharaoh. Its Kemet . It didn’t become Egypt till around 600 bc . Egypt is the colonists name . Over 3000 years it was called Kemet

Sounds like Mizraim,Cush, and Put were competing with each other to me.
Me and my Egyptian coworker was talking about this guy today he called them another name Mana when I say Norma he was like what and then eventually he said all normer

GREAT, BUT HOW? I HAVE NO DOUBT THE INFLUENCE WAS THERE...BUT IN WHAT AREAS? POTTERY, RELIGIOUS, WAR? WAS IT REALLY A FOUNDATIONAL INFLUENCE...OR MERELY COMPLEMENTARY TO WHAT THE WEST HAD PRODUCED ALREADY?
Respect Silence is violence. Blessings.
can you show us the remains or the ruins of this civilisation in sub-sahara africa please
You deserve to be ignored. How stupid can you be? What an ignorant question!
Cheikh Anta Diop is credited with inspiring much of the new research that is discrediting the centuries of Eurocentric Orientalist research (Said, 1995). In particular, Khpera (2000) has proven that the Greeks considered philosophy as African and foreign did not authorize or supervise any work done by Aristotle. In fact, the Greeks persecuted Aristotle and Plato and executed Socrates for even exhibiting the qualities of ancient African mystical teachings (Adu-Asamoa, Barima, George G. M. James, Ph.D.).
Heinrich Karl Brugsch claimed the was 65 generations of Thinite kings reigning about the length of a phase in the Great Year or Procession of the Equinoxes.
Ah, some of my teachers have made the claim that because of him and this accomplishment of his that you detail in your video that Kamit was able to ruled by male kings ( Patriarchy) but who ruled was through the mother's line of children of her female descendants (Matrilineal) like most African Kingships thereafter . Before that Narmer faction of Upper Kamau was Patriarchal and Patrilineal (Kings chosen by their descendants lineage from the father.) like European Kingships and the lower Kamau were Matriarchal (Queen Mothers ruled) as well as Matrilineal . When they unified he married the Queen Mother and a compromise was reached. At least this is what my teachers research said. Some of this is in Kings and Queens of Kamit by Ra Un Nefer Amen
BY THE WAY, HIS NAME IS NOT "MENES" BUT "MANE" LIKE THE LIVERPOOL FC SENEGALESE SOCCER PLAYER. SOME. OTHER AFRICAN VARIATIONS GIVE "MANI" = KING, GREAT.
By any means HD @ I am a Senegalese (wolof tribe) even , Tutankhamun in my language means kings of kings or Tut Ankh = adolescent.
Ramses = ramasire, sire commons names use in senegal .
Akhenaton = king, under his reign, Egypt was abundant , in wolof akanaton= period of abundance. KMT, means kheumit = black , in wolof . The list is long . I have been told since kid by my grand mother that we're from *Egypt* Suggest the book "African Origin of Civilization Myth or Reality " Dr Cheikh Anta Diop
@@papeabdu2289 I am African too, but I think that it is not ramasire but the inverse, rather " Mansare" or " Massire" which are indeed west African names. But, yes I do agree with you as far as the deep connection between West Africans like Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso and Ivory coast Nations and the Nile Valley. All you have to do is look at modern African names like Ba, Ka, Sankhare, konate, sankara and many others. These are authentic Egypt nubian names and even royalties for some. Yes I agree. But what are we going to do with that legacy is what matter the most to me.
By any means HD@ you're right it's "Mansare " , "Massire" * well education , I believe is the only mean to inligh the truth about black history. Consequently, i started baying african historical books to gain knowledge & understanding in order to influence my follow "Black family & friends. Hotep!
wasn't it Mesopotamia though, which influenced civilizations in Anatolia and later Greece?
Egypt and Senusret III/ Sesostris III known as Cheops in Greece colonized Greece..
@PHARAOH .BRAD are these from the Mycenaean records?
@PHARAOH .BRAD ah, ok. I just thought maybe the greeks mentioned the Egyptians but not the babylonians, as they didn't like the Persians ( I don't know about the babylonians though).
So could it be, that the greeks were significantly influenced by the Mesopotamian civilizations, but they just didn't mention it?
I think that this is the point... human civilization is the product of mutual influences...from agriculture, to construction, mathematics, guns, etc. , each step came based on a previous step. I don't know what do others learn in school, but when I learnt History of my country it always starts with the Fertile Crescent, Ancient Egypt, and Ancient Greece. Civilizations influenced each other, I don't think there are cases of just one direction of influence.
