Umm a Judge cannot be removed by the president, only legislators can do that through a vote of impeachment. The US has strong institutions to withstand demagogues like Trump. Apparently Turkey does not.

Judiciary is independent in Germany and in the USA. Same is true in Turkey. So Germany should wait the trail

Even Trump removes the High court judge when he wishes, but he can't intervene the ongoing trials.
