Good morning my lovely from a yard completely overrun with glorious squirrels! That’s because I feed my beauties peanuts which they love. In my opinion better the devil you know. I’m adding you to my prayers for strength to get you through this. You’re so strong and fierce , you’ll be alright. And you look marvelous my dear, simply stunning! First thing I said to myself “what has she done to herself?” I hope this video of yours motivates ME to walk more..thank you! ❤🐿️🐿️🐿️

Better to know. Praying all will be well. Squirrels are notorious for taking the birds food. The even run off with the feeders if they can dislodge them. ❤

That sounds like a really fun challenge, building up a sketch book.
I’m sure there’s a couple of app for walking where you put the path you’ve walked at it tells you the distance.

I always found hiking and walking cleared my mind and made me so much happier, especially walks with nature and beautiful scenery.

You've got time to strengthen your armour before the procedure. You're already doing it, taking a walk every day. If I were that ambitious I think I'd choose a destination and walk there on the map. After every walk, I'd also check on Google maps where I'd be that day, and I'd take a screenshot. I'd also count the walking I do when I'm shopping. But that's me.
However you decide to tackle this new journey, you've got this!💪😊
Your squirrel might leave your bird feeder alone if you put out some in shell nuts for him. Not peanuts, they're bad for his health.🐿

It's better to know Ashley 🤗 Can't remember if I mentioned on your channel or not that I'm going through treatment for cancer and have been since last spring, waiting for results of latest biopsies at the moment.
I know you've been through it before and how strong you are. Hoping your tumour is benign.

Hopefully all looking good Ashley, I think better what you know. I live with a benign brain tumour, it still grows very slowly but better a benign one than the other kind. Quite a few years ago I had most of it removed so I’m pretty sure it will die with me and not cause me to die. So chin up Ashley you’ve had worse and we are all cheering you on to get through this hiccup x
Yes, you are right, I have had worse, lots to understand, need to know if this has jumped ship from one of the previous cancers. You are very brave living with a brain tumour, even if it is benign, brain stuff is scary 🤗😊🙏🤓

I do intermittent fasting. I don’t eat after 8pm or before 10am.
I’m finding it hard at the moment to be consistent
Sorry that you have a tumor and praying it’s benign. Are you drinking enough fluids? I’ve been having issues being really really tired and light headed at times. Tests weren’t showing anything wrong. When my husband broke his hip on the ninth, I stayed at the hospital with him. His blood pressure got really low and the doctor said he was dehydrated and gave him IV fluids and had him drinking lots of water. I’m terrible about drinking enough because I just don’t get thirsty. But I started drinking lots of water and I have been surprised how much better I’ve felt and how much more energy I’ve had. It’s been a blessing because I didn’t know how I was going to take care of my husband the way I had been feeling.

Definitely to know - I wrote this before hearing your news but I would say the same again. If caught early so much better outcome. You actually looked so much better in the video so all the fresh air and exercise will help. Squirrels are pesky when it comes to bird feeders. They can even get inside so called squirrel proof ones. The only success I have had is putting a dome through the upright pole of the feeder so they can't climb up but your feeders are in a tree so that won't work. You may need to invest in a stand alone feeder and put it well away from any trees. Anyway please take care of yourself and you are in my prayers xxx
