This is a really cool and practical system... I'd love to get me a 76 MS... yeah I know, they only make a 56 footer at this point, but if I had the cash laying around... I bet they'd build me one, even setting me up for single handling one.... That'd be a blast.
+SparksMagoo FLIR does quite well at night. We were heading north up the Baja coast at night and we encountered a tiny sailboat, no lights, sail stowed, maybe 14 feet long. Saw him on the FLIR from about half a mile, and it's a good thing too because he was dead ahead.

Try to get information on NVG system, it's worth it. (Night Vision Goggle)
Anyone know how well the FLIR System is at picking up objects in the water such as logs, containers, etc... ? Any other thoughts on such a subject?

So many mmmmm ok errrrrr and he has no idea how to do a talk over what a waste of time...best turn his voice off.
