When I first saw this episode and seeing what happened to Cheetor and what he was going through it was like he became the Maximal version of the Incredible Hulk.
Believe it or not, I really am gonna miss Cheetor's Transmetal 1 form, I do like his Tm2 form and DANG is it powerful and awesome looking, but I just like his Tm1 form even more. Maybe it has to do with the orangic robot mode-mechanical beast mode concept
While it was never animated, there was a planned episode called "Dark Glass" where Rattrap tries to upload the memories of the original Dinobot into Dinobot II, which would better explain the character's action in the series finale.
