@@Mario-bj4gu still 1-2 days of you know how to live from that little money.
why my mouth is watering🤤
Dipping your croissant into a hot chocolate tastes so good! I haven't done this in yearsssss, and you're making me want to have this now 🤤
For people wondering
Hot chocolate 1- 9.52 usd
Croissant 1- 3.17 usd
Hot chocolate 2- 12.70 usd
Croissant 2- 3.80 usd
$12 is really not bad for two portions of hot chocolate ngl
@@MyChannel773 ikr
@@MyChannel773 it just looks more expensive cuz it’s in euros
I can smell the hot chocolate through the screen idk how but it smells delish!!
As a French person I already went to Angelina (by waiting 45 minutes 💀) and their hot chocolate is literally the best I’ve ever had in my life !
i’m good i’ll stick to my cadbury hot chocolate
As a parisian my entire life, you can easily find the exact same chocolate at 4e in other places.
Stop the cap🧢
I’m sorry but, I’m perfectly fine and happy with my £3 Cadbury hot chocolate. 💀
I'm from Seville, a city in Spain, and I can find good thick chocolate with churros in the center for very cheap. I'm not wasting my money for it just being Paris xdd
My favorite! ❤
your so reall
@@ale4315The thick Spanish hot chocolate is the best in the world. Where would you rocommend for both churros and hot chocolate (they can be seperate stores)?
@@muhammedahmed3291 I don't know in other cities, but here in Seville, in the cafetería called "la Centuria"! It's in Las Setas (Metropol Parasol). I recommend you to try both normal churros (churros / porras) and potato churros (churros de patata), and ofc with the hot chocolate.
And if you feel like having ice cream, go to "heladería Rayas", it's around that same area. And I recommend you to try the turrón ice cream. Turrón is a popular Spanish Christmas dessert and the ice cream of it is the best!
The carette is so Aesthetic
As a French I feel like home watching this video it my entire childhood waiting in Angelina’s line to take a bakery with a hot chocolate 😊❤
U rich?
@@alb_ssx nope don’t wanna be too much of a pick me but it’s not that expensive for euros (French currency)
I am not that rich
I am between middle class and upper class
@@Nothing_here1012sounds rich to me
That’s good for you bro
@@humanbean4037paris is so much more expensive than other french city that being able to rent/buy in the city make you upper class compared to the average in france so she's probably rich for france but not for paris
I want that hot chocolate 😭✋
SAMEE
One word.
Yes.
For reference: $15 AUD is about $9.50 USD, and $20 AUD is about $12.67 USD
I went to the first restaurant when I went to Paris and the hot chocolate was soooo good.
ok can we please stop talking about how beautiful the tea room is when the waiter at angelinas is like ;)
Locations:
📍Angelina, Paris
📍Carette, Paris
Please pin meeeeeeee
I went to carette and i tell u IT WAS SO DAMN GOOD 1000000% recommend if ur going to paris
The way the waitress did the eye roll 🙄✨
I love how you use AUD in your videos ❤ I like knowing how much money it would be for me, its always disappointing seeing others say something was cheap and agreeing but realising it would be almost double in AUD 😢
Yeah that's how conversion rates work. I hear ppl saying how much stuff in English and automatically multiply it by 10 to get an approximate price.
That one in the intro tbh I wouldn’t even drink that hot chocolate I’ll just gobble down that whip cream lol 😂
If there’s tea room I’m gonna ignore the chocolate and trink tea 🍵
I would soo yummy 😊
The best hot chocolate I have ever had in my entire life is from Butlers chocolate in Ireland it is seriously so underrated
I will definitely go to Carette this Summer! Thanks for all of your recommendations!
The you you say “GOOD” is *chief kiss* NEVER GETS OLD✨
I won't even pay 6 dollars for hot chocolate in Starbucks...
The big difference is in currency’s. She was paying in AUD dollars. Which means it’s the exact same pice as you’d pay in USD but it just feels more expensive coz it’s labelled with a larger number. For example, your 6 dollar Starbucks hot chocolate would actually cost 9 dollars, and 21 cents for Australians
@@itz-Chxrry I guess the appeal is in the experience
Meanwhile me paying 0.20 for a huge hot chocolate thing💀💀💀💀
I love hot chocolate and yes definitely want to try that. In my country I usually have to pay something 4-7€.
Was in Carette and it tasted like the chocolate you get for 1€ in the school vending machine. :) not even kidding, my friends said the same.
I think I wouldn't like Angelina's but I would definitely love carette's hot chocolate❤
12 euros is actually cheap for Paris ahah
no it's not
i feel like it would not only be cheaper, but also more delicious if you just made your own premium hot chocolate at home
Meanwhile me with my homemade hot chocolate and store bought croissants that taste like heaven: 👁👄👁
mmm! can’t wait to carry home some gourmet bed bugs!
The Best Hot Chocolate ever is in the Cafe Kaulard Monschau Germany
I am damm melting 🤤
it look good but $20 so expensive
no. There is no damn way im paying just for one hot chocolate in the first place make it yourself at home
Idk can’t people save up and buy what they want? Maybe it’s nice to sit in a cafe. Everyone is different. One isn’t better than another. It also sounds like a one time thing. If your already in another country, why not enjoy and visit
That looks reallyyy yummy 😮
Sheesh, call all French people, support Angelina, don’t get it cancelled!
lmao how does a store get cancelled? it's not as if it were a magazine?
@@cabbage-soup oh you're probably not from Europe...
I really want to have the Angelina one
can you do the famous artist cafes like cafe de flore and le bleu train paris??
I would cosplay something gorgeous or do some historical fashion in these tea houses! What a delight!
You're one of the few in the comments to find at least some positivity out of this experience - good for u❤
@@contagiousremorse
The croissant from Angelina was definitely an industrial one and not homemade… they should be ashamed. 3euros for that… definitely a tourist trap. You can easily find a good homemade croissant for 1e20 in a good bakery. And the hot chocolate from the second place looked too watery. Looks like it’s only chocolate and water. Both places are overpriced but I guess you are paying for the experience rather than the value of the food.
Hot chocolate chez Angelina is actually delicious if you like thick dark chocolate. It's expensive but you also pay for the decoration and global experience
The patisseries are disapointing in my opinion and very expensive. Plus the chocolate doesn't leave any room to eat anything 😊
Carette was garbage years ago and places in Europe that look like palaces that are old institutions are tourist traps that are also not very good at all.
Yes. Before the sentence was finished. Paris and hot chocolate… absolutely
As a hot chocolate lover who’s half French, I see this as an absolute win
The first thing that came to my mind after hearing angelina was mafia nanny lol
Yes I would pay 20 dollars if the hot chocolate is as good as your saying it is
If I'm paying that much for a hot chocolate and they try to sell me the gross pudding skin I'm getting my money back and walking out.
At this point west europe tourism is just romanticism and propaganda 😂
Me and my daughter tried to go to the carret cafe and the line was massive so we decided to go to the place next to it and it was basically the same thing
Just yummy 🎉🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤😊
yes i will do it for my own family too and thank you 🎉🎉
