This was SO good. It looks like you had a great turnout and got to hang out and talk shop. I’m pretty floored that card manufacturers make 1/1 level rarity cards. Once JR is officially retired that card may be worth a pretty high value. I also think it’s incredible how many wrestlers at aew are avid magic players. As a magic collector myself, it’s cool to share that interest in the hobby with folks that can take a drop kick. I think there is some possible content cash to be made if the mtg wrestlers got together and filmed some “commander content”. There are LOTS of channels taking off of folks playing Commander, but none of them are aew wrestlers… something to think about. Thanks again Ethan, sorry for the long comment, but I loved this episode and had lots to share.

@@GaretheDen Toy Anxiety is a great little store. Collectors Marketplace has an awesome selection of stuff. The Brass Armadillo Antique Mall is huge and there is an area that has a bunch of toys and sports cards and all sorts of furniture and random stuff. Second hand stores like Zia and Bookmans sometimes has great finds.
There are lots I have not been to but need to check out. There is Toy Fiends, Toying Around Collectibles, The Toy Box, Animaniacs’ Toy Shack, Retro Exchange, Sour Apple Gallery, TriForce Collectibles, and Polar Bear's Pop Culture Shop.

Great Toy hunt v-log Episode , I got say dude BAWGAWD !? That was purely one of the most luckiest pulls of a signed Rare Jim Ross card , it's awesome that you got the only one. I think it's HIlarious that selling the The Gunn imprint butt's on WhatNot hahaha 😂😂 your insane. Ortiz was awesome on this toy hunt & I love that he likes magic stuff. Amazing episode as always. As a power rangers fan I have to write that the Psycho Rangers were evil versions made by the main villain to both kill the power rangers but also drain their boss of their power (which is similar to their sentai version as well). That 5-pack came out I think last year as an amazon exclusive pack (with the next one being the alien rangers from season 3), red and blue had already come out before during the first year of the lightning collection line. Red was in a two-pack with Lost Galaxy Red, and Blue was an exclusive to certain stores. The Silver Psycho they have was an exclusive from the prior Bandai Legacy Collection at I think SDCC or something like that. Silver was also released in a Two-Pack with the first release of In Space Blue in the Lightning collection. Silver in the show was actually the Silver Ranger in disguise during an episode where the rangers were trying to figure out a way to trick the Psycho rangers and defeat them (this plan being to disguise themselves all as the blue ranger). There is a Psycho Green from the comics, and in both Legacy and Lightning lines as an exclusive....with the Lightning version a hasbro pulse exclusive

to any card collectors, a great trick to get the cars out of the top loader cases is to hold it with your thumb & pointer finger upside down & then clap & the card comes right out instead of having to dig in there & possibly damaging the card...same can be done for putting the card into the top loader

I would have gone broke in this shop, between action figures(wrestling), some TMNT, and sports trading cards. The sports collector and sports trading card collector(basketball and baseball) in me was like, "Ahh !" a couple times while watching this. The first two series of AEW trading cards is on my list too, I want to get two of each, one to open and one to keep sealed(makes it even more valuable in that case).

Thanks, this was great, and that's crazy you got a 1 of 1 card in your first box opening. I really like the AEW cards and have a decent collection so far. My two best pulls have been a 1 of 25 Malakai Black Holo Signed Card from a 2022 Hobby Box and a Powerhouse Hobbs Signed Card from a 2021 Blaster Box. You must be one of the rarer cards, because I've only pulled two common Ethan Page cards so far, but I'm hoping to pull a rarer one of you whenever I buy another box.

I'm 35 myself and Power Rangers Lost in Space (1998) was the last season of Power Rangers I grew up with and it was the most memorable because the Rangers had a crossover with the live action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles from the Fox Kids channel, it was the Forbidden Door of live action kids shows lol

I've been into AEW cards recently and I often think about the 1/1 cards. Imagine if you bought your kid a pack of cards and they pulled one, but didn't know better to treat it correctly. Or the unopened packs that might go unopened for years. Crazy to think about.
