Axax flask clear cast, or transformer box techniques would represent high-end ways to inject... probably next would be Douglas Terry's injection molding using clear VPS (Restoring with Flowables). Vincenzo Mussela also has published some good techniques on flowables and clear vps (inverse layering). excellent video. My co-residents and I here at LSU Prosth salute you!
Why not print in MFH resin and reinforce with fiberglass or Preat’s eFiber? I realize you are trying to prevent fractures but I have had great luck with your other reinforcement methods. I bet the metal intaglio leads to very nice soft tissue. Or has printed metal gotten that affordable?
Thank you Dr Cory. I am concern of esthetic since we are missing th pink gingiva. If we do this technique on the upper with metal showing, I am going in big trouble with my female patients. Also the suck down will need holes for the long scews?? Appreciate your work and instruction very mush
lower the plain cut first, then Lite Art by ShoFu is an option for putting gingiva color characteristics over top of a Vita tooth shade denture/guide/restoration combo like this, topped with GC - optiglaze takes some more time but very esthetic. Also I don't see why not while you're at it premake the zirconia roundhouse :D

You would want to opaque and apply gingival composite on any esthetic areas. Peek is great but this shape is too complex to mill.
They have printer for Peek filaments... what do you think about it? Printer is only around 2,000
