Yoooooo, I remember watching Rach for the first time back when she was in FCBD. Immediately switched out of traditional and into tribal. Introduced me to a whole new world of dancing. Burlesque soon came after. Although I was never as dedicated, talented, and just insanely gifted as Rachel she was always my idol. I am 43, now. Overweight and havnt danced in 15 year. But Rachel has inspired me again. My fat ass is going to see if there is a Troup in town. If not I've got youtube. Time to knock the dust off my belt and tie it on again, ladies and gents. Let's do this!
I have been watching Rachel for almost 15 yrs. My Greek mother was a belly dancer...but Rachel introduced me to Tribal Fusion 😳 I feel in love with the genre & never looked back!

Holy shit! Very similar story. I’m 43. First time performing in my little city was 16 yrs ago, when I was pregnant with my son. Tried to keep it up, added in burlesque, did a few burly shows; and eventually got busy, chubb, and older. But, I still fantasize about dancing again. I want to get back to it. It genuinely makes me happy to move like that. Rachel has always been a huge inspiration. Still is, for sure!

No, it's not. You're probably disappointed because the music doesn't give oriental vibes. But her dancing is still exciting. Love the top of her costume BTW.
