You know.... I’m surprised no ones worked together to make a bunch of their own one life characters for the purpose of sacrificing to build up a serial killers infamy with actual body counts.... ....hell, you could just create a bunch of characters yourself, explore the city, make friends, some light character building.... only to be found in a grizzly murder displayed in a public area with evidence pointing towards a serial killer (that doesn’t actually exist yet)... then you finally create the serial killer but just have a bunch of red herring characters to miss lead the cops as to which one it actually is.
I've always thought this. You'd almost need an OOC awareness of your ideals though, nobody really interacts with randoms to a point that they care...and you can't just "get into a group" over 3-4 days...such as just "joining the burgershot crew" to make connections so when you die they care, and whatnot. So without some OOC help of people just "allowing you to join their clique" for a short bit, it'd be really hard to manufacture a string of 'hardcore' characters that people ever cared about missing.
