I think this Gooloo 4000 unit, is the best portable booster you can buy, from what I read, and your video confirms that. I believe it has 4,000 peak amps, which is a about double than the average ones that have 1.200 to 1,600, which is a waste of money.
First you must connect the red cable (+) and after the black (negative). when you start your engine you have to disconnect first the negative and after the positive cable.
@@therestomaestro3556 The entire vehicle metal structure is the return path or ground for current flow. When you connect the negative cable first you increase your chances of creating an arc by accidently touching the body of the car with the positive lead that can cause an explosion if the battery still emitting hydrogen as a byproduct of charging a lead acid battery. Keeping this in mind when you disconnect the battery it should always be the negative lead first.
Those Battery Terminals was so corroded the Battery wasn't getting half a connection. Causing the Alternator to work Double Time. Alternator sounded pretty weak also.
@@therestomaestro3556 No problem, I did Order a Avapow 6000a Jumpstarter Box tho, Supposedly people have used it to start Big Tractors and Big Semis easily even on 2 dead batteries, some Semis have 4 (12v) Batteries
Looks like a nice model with LED light and all. I haven’t used mine on any tractor or semi but have several times on my 12valve cummins trucks and they fire right up without any hesitation. Let us know how your jumpstarter works for you.
Not sure it matters on a jump box like this. They don't have power to the clamps until you hit the button, which is why they call it "safe". That is to prevent sparks which won't happen. Great advice for jumper cables or older jump boxes.
I got the noco gb30 and it's a turd...it just failed to start a 5.4l 3 valve ford motor..it was close to starting but I don't want close when I need it. watched the gooloo gp4000 titan on project farm and seen I should have bought it. It was the most powerful he tested. walmart have this for $119 shipped to your door. This thing is a no brainer plus you can charge your devices with it.
Awesome! I’ve used it many times since I made the video and it’s never let me down. Enjoy! P.S. As per manufacturer recommendation make sure you charge it every couple of months to full capacity even if you don’t use it. This will ensure proper amps when needed.
i just did.got lucky they were on sale for that one.funny its arriving sunday.didnt know fedex deliver on that day but oh well at least itsgoing to show up.hope it works.thanks 👍❗
Hey Earl. I’m certain it will work. I’ve used it in my 5.9 liter diesels since I posted this video and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. Let us know how it works for you!
Good to see you didnt want to give the van Covid.
