For Ryzen 5600G, B450 is the best because 5600G don't support pcie Gen 4. So it's not a worthy upgrade to go for B550

See if you can change the processor and go with i5 12400f and go with the lower brand of GPU like inno 3d or gigabyte....
Apart from that you'll put too much load on motherboard also so I'll recommend go with B660 motherboard...
Ram can be bought 2 months later if you don't have the budget to increase right now but you won't be able to change the motherboard and processor...
Also you can leave 1 tb hdd and focus on better processor
