A Kind of Spark is a powerful, heart-warming live action series about friendship, courage and self-belief based on the award-winning book by neurodivergent author, Elle McNicoll.
Elle describes how much the summer break from school can affect someone who likes having a routine. Addie prefers a schedule, and without a specific one in mind to abide by, things can get difficult with so much free time.
We explore into how the characters, as well as Juniper, changes and develops into a much more accepting place. But with Bonnie, the new character in Series 2, we also explore how they interpret the village, and how they don't see it as such a welcoming location.
