I have a 5600XT and change today my 2600 for a 5600 after having more lag on this game, just disable the Resizable bar that wont let me reach the 100% of my graphics card. On a lot of test I saw that "smart access memory" not give on this configuration more than 3 FPS but not this amount of down grade on the game.
Install the game on a ssd drive, also remove any garbage from your PC, for example, from the temp folder and download ccleaner through it, clean your computer and restart it, then start the game and enjoy
The i5 4440 is quite an old processor but it will be enough to play this game! but I advise you to still switch to Ryzen 5 5600x I also advise you to buy 8 GB of RAM so that it is 16
I have an rx 5500 xt with ryzen 5 2600 and its very laggy on very low and all other setting presets i have oveclocked a little bit but didnt help i have 2 ssd and 1 hdd i think the game is on my ssd with 300gb that should be good idk whats wrong with my game it keeps loading like chunks.
