In this harmonica lesson Liam Ward teaches you to play a wicked blues box rhythm using bends and tongue slaps, on a C harmonica. This is the intermediate version of a simpler beginner lesson on the same topic.

I can bend and I can tongue slap, can't seem to do both...any tips

Practice, practice and more practice! The best thing is to use a tuner and work on timing the bend to exactly when your tongue makes contact with the harmonica - it really just comes down to a timing issue.
