    they look delicious ! i usually chop up prosciutto and mix it w/ the breadcrumb mix ..... i can't wait for the holidays !

    My parents had a restaurent for 40 years and we sold thousands of chokes prepared the same way

    How do you eat it??Do you eat the whole thing?

      You eat the soft flesh on the leaves with the yummy breadcrumb mixture. Once you get towards the middle of the artichoke, you can eat the whole leaf and the 'heart' because they are softer. Enjoy!

      It's not bad to do them like that if you're stuffing them with meat and rice, but you're right...they are much better in the oven with breadcrumbs like that.
