Step 1: Remove the plastics on the bra cups
Step 2: Tilt the bra cups at 45 degree
Step 3: Lift your breasts up with your hands and place them onto the bra cups
Step 4: Press the bra cups firmly on your breast
Step 5: Use the rope to pull both sides of the bra cups together and press the bra firmly on your skin again
