What about creatine? What is your view on that ?
Been using HMB for a few weeks now. Seems worthwhile. I paired it with DHEA and creatine. Again it all seems to help but maybe it's all in my head 🙂
What about joint ? Like curcumin , msm , chondroitin ? Does this help to injury prevention ?
