Interesting take on paa. Traditionally, one wouldn't saute the onion, etc. (my impression) but just boil/steam with the meat, till the water dries and then ultimately fries in the remaining oil.
oooh true!! back home, my parents do it that way too, but I’m too dependent on sautéing to get the flavors going😔

Not to offend you or anything but that is dried spinach not loam kam. They look similar but you can tell by looking at the stem.
