May all principals of each Indian school got this, and they try to reform. In some areas, principals are also pressurized, in those places, those people should understand this.

We have no idea how much the principal gets pressurised by the school board because it happens behind closed doors.
Trust me. The pressure we see here is nothing compared to what they endure.
@@akshaymundkur Yeah, I saw a Savdhan India episode where a student badly hurted by a cruel teacher and when the matter gains heat, the principal wanted justice for that student too, but the so called board members disagree her. (That girl lost eyesight because of chalk thrown by the teacher)
These situation can’t be changed until and unless the parents don’t change themselves. Indian parents want their kids to talk in English, they want their kids to score better marks than their neighbour kids, they are least bothered about kids interest.
I’m so lucky to have a parents who never put pressure on my studies.
No the actual problem is our Education System as well!!! I'm a teacher myself and believe me It feels disgusted to force students to learn things that I know is absolutely useless for them!!!! But that's what our Education System demands!!!!

Thousand salutes for this movie! It's very true in schools and with the authorities. I can completely understand this being a teacher myself. If only the teachers are given a chance to release our pressure the cooker will burst! Many don't realize. I really wish very much that this movie to be seen by every citizen in India. Though it's a small movie it's weightage and value is more.
After going through the same pressure i decided to become a psychologist not a zoologist. Children needs our love care and understanding. We need suicide prevention trainings and psychological first aid trainings and coping mechanism trainings and life skills training more than ever. I am learning a lot nowadays pursuing as much courses i can so that i can help out our little angels and adolescents.

Of course yes you're right even though being myself as an indian I can tell you that I'm fed up with this indian people and country who always love complaining and giving excuses all the time even if you want to meet a girl immediately what happens their parents black mail me and what societies think about us ask and we get bad names this is the most dumbest thing I ever heard because I know that this type of people are only fit for complaining and giving excuses and Pretend like nothing has happened and they are asking me to act like nothing has happened I get these kinds of problems all the time which I can't tolerate Anymore and my friend to be honest I don't want to live in this type of traditional parenting anymore because i saw the video of love marriage and what happens is when it comes to family based they bless everything and I don't deserve all this terrible things because this type of indian people mindset boy and girl should be from the same religion and same cast which I can't tolerate
From this what I learn as a quote is :"look this is why you'll stay as a low level associate for the rest of your life"

This recently happened In my school. We had over 30 test conducted over a period of 2 months barely giving us time to prepare. I was depressed and a suicidal at that point. The schools excuse was we were not able to take exams last year so we don’t want to to get out of practice of writing. The education system needs a change for future generations

@@saathvi4657 Mujhe jin bhi subjects me interest hota hai me unke baare me books se, ya internet se knowledge leta hu except music. But I don't use school books because they have lesser knowledge. Most school textbooks are only meant to get marks and don't provide the knowledge which is needed.

Yes un our school also there is something like this, monthly we have exams and we aren't getting a sufficient time to study properly and lacking behind our marks. Its a huge pressure on all of us.

Moreover this lockdown has made it worst... we are not getting paid properly that one cannot live a good life in that and we have to work so hard day and night... we hardly get even Sunday's off.. But still we are doing it because we love our jobs.. Still some pressure needs to be cut down.

Although problem is never been solved like this the way u potrayed here but yes situation is getting worse than before.
