    This looks awesome!! Are the presets always going to output the same layout/structure? And/or is there a seed tab to change the layout/structure of the landscape?

    can you please help me Im a loyal customers with well over a ton of your add ons in my blender but this one doesnt seem to work i just got it and was excited to use it but when i clicked on ADD TERRAIN it only gave me a flat orange plane Please help !!!

      make sure experiment mode is activated on the cycles properties panel, switch to rendered view

    hi there i just downloaded but for some reason the terrain does not populate. any reason why this is happening?

      wait for the kernel to load
      for the first time
      if all u see is a black screen

      It is supposed to Work, if you are seing an orange plane enable experimental features on the properties panel where u change render engines and GPU or CPU compute change feature to experimental not supported

    is there a way to convert the procedural terrain to a poly mesh?

      use the geometry preset instead of other presets, it uses poly mesh, geometry nodes

      How you do that exactly. OK, in blender I enable the quick terrain addon - then add the terrain preset into the scene. I'd look inside geonode workspace, nothing there. there's only a shadernode. I'd tried to baked an image using the displacement node - then apply a displacement modifier to a new plane. BUT it doesn't turn out exactly as the quick terrain procedural. Can you make a video on how you turn quick terrain procedural to a mesh? @@RaisyClutch
