C/w Nana: Lao Pickled Cabbage (ສົ້ມຜັກກະລໍ່າ = Som Pak Galum)

Som Pak Galum (ສົ້ມຜັກກະລໍ່າ) is Lao style pickled cabbage. Pork ears or feet are usually pickled along with the cabbage. In this demonstration, I added pork ears.

"Ma Der, Ma Der" means "Please come join us" in Lao language.
