Keep it up man, thanks for sharing your process, even the failures, really inspiring. Looking to start my own virtual tour side hustle in Utah. One thing I noticed during your calls is your pretty monotone like me. People might receive you better if you have a little more upbeat inflection and confidence in your conversations. Just an outside perspective, worth a try.
Cory Patton thanks for the suggestion! I definitely could use some work on talking to people lol. Wishing you the best with your virtual tour start up!
Appreciate your honesty, a lot of people that do these kind of videos really sell you a dream where you show the reality
That’s the goal here. I’ve noticed that aswell and I strive to show the entire process of any business ventures that I get into. I find it more helpful to see what people struggle with when operating any sort of business than to see the success. Gives you an idea of what you need to focus in on when going for said business. Thanks so much for taking the time to comment it means a lot!
hey man keep it up, just setting my things to start up a virtual tour business in my area. thanks for the inspiration.
I liked your video a lot, It has motivated me to the point where Im now starting my own Virtual Tour Business as well. Thanks for the information and keep making videos, Im learning a lot from you.
Any updates? How’s it going?
this really helped me, thanks so much! I just subscribed and all that, looking forward to more videos :)
Looking forward to the next video to see the new way to get clients and how it’s been for you after the past few months!
Thanks for taking the time to comment! Sorry for the lack of content recently surrounding this virtual tour venture. To be completely honest with anybody reading this, as of lately I've spent too much time on the motions of this business. Meaning I've only prepared and rehearsed for a situation with clients, while I've lacked on actually going through with the actions to produce results. I will do better to continue pursuing 3dEstates, hope to see you in the next video about this!
❤️
Yo man I'm from the Caribbean we have a lot in common I'm starting up just like you. Right now you're the person I'm looking up to. 💪🏾🔥
Hi there mate - whats the retainer fee that you charge for after the 6 months have finished?
We’re you successful in the Matterport launch? Would love to get some follow up information.
Hey idk if you’re still doing this but I had a question. As to how you turn in the finished product to a client, is it just a link of the Matterport project?
You can send a matterport link or you can host on a personalized domain that you setup for your business.
Hope this helped!
I’m looking forward to the next episode of starting a virtual tour business from scratch. Is it in the works?
Going to start this in the Phoenix market. Should I make videos of my journey?
Thanks. When you give "6 months free hosting" what does that mean?
What website platform do you use to host the 3D tours?
are you out of the business you dont have any sample tours and your website is not working
What payment method did you use?
Great Calls !
Hey man, you said the hosting is no additional cost to you. Can you explain this? How should i go about using matterport without paying such high fees
Hey, so what I was referring to is that until you secure a paying client it makes sense not to pay for a plan and stay on the free plan. Once you do have your first client going forward you will have to pay for a plan to host the spaces and generate floor plans etc. hope this helps!
hey man im trying to get into this field and just want to know how things are going for you now?
What’s the update.?
Did you stop doing this.?
How’s it going did you get that call?
Good job man. I like you more because you showed the failures.
How’s business? What area are you doing business in?
Been rough lately not gonna lie. But still working on it. Located in Fayetteville North Carolina. Appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment on the video. Means a lot.
@@DollarDreamYT Rejection stings. That’s the hardest part. I’m more of an introvert.
@@DollarDreamYT I just moved from Fayetteville I wish I saw this video when I was out there literally a week ago

Any updates?

What’s the update?
UPDATE?
can i know why you threw in the towel?
Fairly obvious, he did not get clients and decided it was not for him.Maybe does not like cold calling?
This stuff doesn't work, we tried it for a year and half - after meeting/calling approximately 400 or so realtors/brokers what you will most likely (99.9%) will run into:
1. Realtors will claim they already have someone (in actuality they dont plan on hiring a 3d tour person).
2. Realtors will actually have someone that does it much cheaper than you. ($99 for a matterport tour) or its their photographer that they already have a long established relationship will offer to do it for cheap.
3. Realtors that will want you to do it for practically for free.
4. Realtors you have to educate on what a 3d tour is (generally this demographic will not hire you though).
5. Realtors/brokers that will take your number but 99% will not call you back.
6.A realtor that uses alternative 3d scanning software and their ipad to make 3d tours for $29-30
7. A Realtor that is a total "diy" type and bought a theta V or insta360 camera, which go for $400-600, and signed up for matterport. In which case they'll never need you.
Luckily we got a new way of getting clients :) but ya I only got like 2 appointments off cold calling it works but not the most effective method
3:49 - 🤣🤣🤣
Like the hustle but you need to be more enthusiastic and sound excited on the phone my guy. And 15 calls in a day? Come on my friend should be doing at least 75 a hour assuming only 20% will give you a 1-3 minute time frame
Ask opened ended questions instead of just agreeing every statement they say is a opportunity remember that
Looks like he quit the business. That tells you all you need to know.
Unfortunately I did throw in the towel on the business. Definitely was a great experience though learned a lot. Thanks for watching the video man ❤️
@@DollarDreamYT it’s rough out there. Hope you found your calling elsewhere.
Dude…you sound so lacking in confidence over the phone. No wonder you are getting rejected.

I Love seeing the grind, keep it up! Those "failures" are signs you are trying something new, it's all a part of the process. Hope the best for you!
