imo mihawk might be better, use saber with partner for the extra damage

It does reduce cooldown, also it is absolutely worth it

@@pacocaebom3559 his fourth move makes all of his other moves crit guaranteed for a short period of time, he’s the best character for clearing dimensions, but not for raid damage
