Haa bro same mujhe vi ho raha tha, mujhe laga ki ea sayed mera device ka problem hayn, ab to lag raha hayn ki ea headphone ka hi problem hayn.
Pura sound fatta hayn us wakt, and volume increase decrease karne se vi kuch faida nahi hota same fata sound hi bas barta hayn and ghat ta hayn. Jab tak dynamic bass ya for 360 audio ko bandh na karu to fix nahi hota.

ये बात तो भाई आपने गलत बोली है कि चार्जिंग केबल कोई इस्तेमाल नहीं करता है। नेकबैंड चार्ज किस्से करेंगे? जो पहले भी नेकबैंड या इयरफोन खरीद चुका है, वो तो उसे इस्तेमाल कर लेगा। लेकिन जिसके पास छोटी चार्जिंग केबल नहीं है, वो फोन की चार्जिंग केबल से चार्ज करेगा, जो कि हाई पावर की होती है, उससे neckband की बैटरी जल्दी खराब हो सकती है।

Audio mutes for 2 seconds in between videous around every 1 minute what to do.
Try to turn off the dynamic bass option and pure bass if using then try and check. Or you are using an old phone ( problem faced with mi phones for any Bluetooth devices) then maybe that will be a issue.
