Learning discernment is part of process. Transcending the False Light is Like a rite of passage. There are many non-human entities who DO NOT want twins to come into union and so they create intentional confusion using false light teachers to deceive and side track people off the path. BUT thankfully real twins have a lot of spiritual help on the higher plane that are helping out. And a video like this is also of great importance and help at this time of great falsehoods. So many not mentioning the kundalini activation they got? Mine was a few months later, I hardly knew him, and it was an incredibly powerful event that cannot be mistakened. My third eye opened further after that and I got a message from a golden being through that chakra portal. I’ve been getting third eye visions since. They are not dreams. So many don’t talk about these or other activations. I’m not putting anyone down, but I agree with you, high level soulmates feel the same (without the powerful mystic activations which can be attained in other ways outside of the TF journey). I think the kundalini activation feels different for everyone. Mine has been more subtle. I didnt feel the electricity go up my spine but I got extreme shocks all day long for months on end then I had months of kundalini chills (which feel amazing) and my sexual energy was insane the first year and a half. the other day I felt extreme vibrations in my 3rd eye and that was the first time I ever experienced that

Thank you, Anastasia! I would say that absolutely most channels that spread out "TF" information is crap shit and have no clue what they are doing. Spreading out lots of negative false self-projections or distortions. There are ppl who disseminate this stuff and are not even TF, but can only judge from their mental place. TF topic has been an obsession and almost part of pop culture...Discernment is the most important thing right now for sure.
Nah I don't know. We all work together like the Spiritual Medical Industry. We have Bone Specialists, Brain Surgeons, Heart Surgeons, Orthodontists, Opthalmologists, we're not all called to talk about the same aspects of the journey.
I agree that if there is someone talking about when or how to get your TF back, that's when you are focusing on the wrong thing.
You're not supposed to be waiting for your TF to come back. It's not about waiting, it's about growing, healing and learning to be your true self.
When I met my Twin Flame, my spirit guides helped me. I had no coach and no one I was around or myself had even heard of Twin Flames before.
My spirit guides taught me to trust my intuition and showed me the emotional wounds I needed to heal. They taught me to allow life to flow because resistance creates struggle.
So when I stopped resisting the thoughts of my TF, I was able to heal the things that were causing me to run from her, which turned out to be me running from myself. I was able to settle into who I really was as a person and focus on doing what I came to this earth to do.
This was just a bite-size version of what I went through. 😅
I did all of that without talking about Kundalini or Masculine and Feminine polarity.
I'm not saying that isn't a part of it, I'm just saying that not everyone's approach has to be the same.
Restaurants don't all serve the same things, stores don't all sell the same things.
People need to follow their intuition and whoever they resonate with, flow with it.

What i've discovered in my twin flame journey is that we don't have only one twin flame in fisical i mean,cause our energy is projecting on those people which are our soul family.Those which are triggering us the most in a painfull way and deep way are our twin flames including the animals.My husband is one of them(we've been reunited after 15 yrs),my mom is another one(we have been separated fisicaly on and off along the yrs during long batlles in my healing,and now we are separated for 5 yrs but we energetucally she us still triggering me a lot :we see eachother from time to time online),and my best friend which i am separated for also 5yrs but we are coming togheder from time to time to activate me ,to trigger me and we split).And this is apllying to many but they don't know because they don't know how the things are working with the projection(the 3rd part involved in our twin flame story for exemple is also us projected on different body ,so you see,we are never separate fisicaly).My daughter for example was made with my first husband after my split from my twin,but in reality my twin wich is today my 2nd husband,was projecting himself on my first husband triggering me and showing me what i truly want.so you see,my daughter is my twin daugher fisicaly and energetically😊 even it doesn't look like.An energy cannot project on a body which doesn't match fusically at dna level with the energetical dna.In this world exist only one sould projected .This means we are ONE.ONLY ...ONE projected in milions of vessels/matrixes.And now we must integrate all those people outside of us,inside of us becoming only one once again.cheers!

Yes definitely about ascending back to God. I think we're all whole complete souls, but yes they are exact matches of feminine and masculine polarity, hence the term "twin."
Here is my theory......I think that most of the tf teachers are correct at least to some degree or possibly even mostly. I think there are some charlatains like Jeff and Shalia but most are not. I started off in the beginning of my journey with Kurt (aka New World Allstar) and some of what he teaches is correct but I think he doesn't understand how to stay balanced in order to be with your twin. I also think he is misguided in acting as if your twin is literally nothing but your doorway and that they don't matter at all. I also think he is wrong that they don't do any work at all on their part. But, he is right in how the push/pull works and he is good to learn about meditation and being out of your mind and more present.
Sym, teaches similar but she is different from him in that she DOES think twins always belong together. She DOES think that you can't ever actually let go of them, the letting go is letting go of the fear energy/push energy.She also teaches more in depth on how to balance out the energy and how to stay that way when your twin comes back. she also goes in depth about healing your core wound as well as healing the wounds from your mother and father which are related to your core wound and about opening your heart chakra.
I have taken her course as well and I took it recently and it has helped me more than anyone or anything else to balance out my push/fear based energy. She does know this is ascension she doesn't see it the way that Ana does. Anastasia sees it that we are ascending in this life and this is our last life cause we are becoming immortal in this life. Whereas Sym sees it that this is the first part of our ascension and in our next life we will ascend further. I resonate a lot more with that. I also was a member of Anastasia's patreon off and on for several months and I enjoy her content as well. I got some things out of it but other things I don't resonate with. A lot of the levels and the codes and all of that I don't understand, not sure I feel that to be true for me so I discard most of that part. But I do resonate with Ana in that at this critical time we are being pushed to come into union cause the planet needs it to shift. I do think there may be forces trying to stop it. I do have some resonance with the dna activation. However, when I was in the paetron group I didn't fully resonate with all of the people in there because I don't "feel" all of the solar flares, activations, inner union feels that others do. Does that mean I am not experiencing it? I would say no I wouldnt say that but for me this journey has been way more subtle than for other people. My oscillations and purges also aren't as intense. My kundalini activation isn't as obvious. So what I am thinking/theorizing/pondering......Anastasia you talk about how some of us have a 12 strand DNA, others 24 and others 48? I am wondering......maybe those of us who are 48 as you probably are.......your ascension path is much more involved, goes further? you can see much more the "long picture" of it and all the levels? You are meant to whereas maybe those of us with less dna strands....aren't meant to go THAT far? I truly believe that YOU know everything you teach to be true, but is ALL of what you experience and go through the same exact for EVERY tf pair? This is me thinking out loud right now. Maybe I don't resonate with the "this is our last life and we are immortal" and all the codes and everything because I am not a 48 strand? Maybe I am a 12 strand? Maybe those of us who are 12 strand our journey is more balancing out the polarities that presents itself mostly as the fear based push/pull energy? Now I I will also restate this as I said in another comment below: I think balancing out the push/pull and the masculine/feminine is actually the same thing. I think some of you teachers just call it push/pull and dont see it as the same as specific masculine/feminine energies and others, like yourself, call it the masculine/feminine. But balancing out the energies or polarities is.....balancing out the energies/polarities no matter what you call it. Maybe those of us who are 12 strand we don't feel all of this/experience all of it on the same level? It may be more subtle for us...by design? Maybe our life span will be longer than the average human but not for thousands of years or eternity in this body? Maybe some of us will continue this ascension another lifetime? I dont know any of this for sure I am just putting out a possible hypothesis out there.
I honestly think that all of you have way more in common in what you teach than you don't. I think its the wording used to describe it that makes it all sound wildly different, which then makes each of you think that everyone else has it wrong. I see it as you are all right, at least partially, and I do honestly believe that all of you get some of your clients to union. I think all of it works for different people. maybe it was set up that way by source that we all don't come to it the EXACT same way. Its almost exact, but not exact, not identical. I feel I have learned much from you, from Sym, and even from Kurt. There are other coaches I've learned some things from as well. I think its all a matter of figuring out what works best for each of us. I can tell you that Sym is a real twin flame. I know her story, she has been on this journey for over a decade.

I was unfamiliar with anything dealing with Twin Souls or Twin Flames. However, I’ve read up on some issues about this subject. So I knew that people have plans laid ahead of time and signs provided so twin flames can verify their relationship between one another. Of course, this lifetime is different than others.
I’m so grateful to know I sm really on it and know who to trust and you are among them thank you for all you do..I agree it’s sad to try to make money off of misguiding broken hearted people but yes there is more and more of that out there so it is important to put out videos like this one.❤

she does talk about that it is an ascension process and coming into the heart/opening up the heart. She just talks about it in the most simplified way so that people aren't too much in the mind focusing on consuming so much information on all of this. She's streamlines it to focusing on balancing out the push/pull which is the energy work that is balancing masculine and feminine which is helping you ascend. She also teaches working on clearing out wounding from your parents/core wound

I found in a lot of people that try to teach this subject teach from a place of experience, or lack of. They will say claim some things that aren’t true until it happens to them. Checking the teaching history helps to weed this out. It still makes it hard to find guidance.
It may help others to pursue Individuation via depth work ie: Carl Jung. It is a path that helps one remove projections thus grounding into the self. Additionally spiritual teacher Adyashanti speaks about the awakening journey. Both are supportive for the awakening journey and remove labels as it’s our attachment to those things that can keep us in karmic loops. ✨🙏🏻
I certainly hope that humans discernment has evolved past that BS, but there is a lot of fuckery going on these days and some are not lucid in this dream, let those go we are all on a path that leads to ascension regardless 💗
the push/pull polarity IS the same thing as the feminine and masculine energy. Its all the same thing is what I am coming to see. It doesnt matter whether you call it push/pull, positive/negative or feminine/masculine. Some coaches do say "its not about masculine/feminine energy" and I would say that they dont realize that the push/pull is the same thing as feminine/masculine energy. They can think its not the same thing but it is the same thing so does it matter if they acknowledge it or not? I have come across so many different coaches and I have consumed information from many different people and the conclusion that I have come to is that you are all talking about the same thing just not always using the exact same language but its all the same thing. Everyone thinks they all have the "truth" but yet everyone is talking about similar things but some different things or act as if they are different. All of it is energy work and the energy work is soul and that is union work.
Exactly and those who focus on ''zen'' style of approaching this ultimately leads to your masculine/feminine energies being balanced anyways! There's a reason zen spiritualism can also be effective. They all lead to the same damn thing: INNER DIVINE UNION AND LOVE.

I listened to a British woman who said it's just balancing the push and had a bad feeling as in many videos she talks about how she is attacked on her channel and how people copying her etc. Not a positive vibe, no love and light. Unfollowed straight away x

she actually is genuine she is just real in how she talks and not an airy fairy person. She did recently have someone try to use her interview she did with them as a "collaboration" that she never authorized. She cares deeply for her clients and yes she focuses on balancing out the push/pull but she knows this is ascension journey and does go into opening the heart, etc and living from that place. It seems like to me that TF is becoming so mainstream too many people becoming coaches and content creators and too many people ripping out others contents like Ana said here there are channels stealing her content its getting just outright crazy overall.

he was the first coach that I used. He does talk about ascension in fact he thinks that its ONLY about ascension and he turns some of his students into these ascension zombies who talk like robots and think you aren't supposed to be with your twin flame. I didnt resonate with not ending up with your twin flame cause what is the point of going through this with them as your catalyst to not end up with them? I dont think he understands how to take it all the way. Later came to find out he talks to his twin but he is not with her and he claims he isnt with her because she is fat. he said this to a former coach. My twin did come back in a few times while I was doing his program but yea when he would come back in I didnt know how to stay in balance cause he doesnt teach any of that.

My biggest problem and not that I’m saying you’re wrong because I believe the majority of what you’re saying.
But you get so upset and have this affect you in such an emotional way would tell me that your spiritual growth isn’t at a level that you should be teaching. I’m new on this journey and still have doubt, but I am working on the spiritual growth within and letting the chips fall where they may so to speak and I would give my left arm to be with her, even though I know I am at all times anyways, but again, like I said, I’m at the very beginning of my journey
There should be absolutely be no need for you internally to feel like you need to point out those that are “” misleading those on the journey. Because of what you said yourself is if you resonate with that person, then you’re on that type of path so it really doesn’t matter , if there are people following them and resonate with them because they are in the same situation. Now there are a couple that I resonate with and the one that resonate with the most is Gabi, can’t think of her last name, red hair kind of a hombre look. So by who I resonate with most, I’d appreciate if you could tell me if you think that I’m on a twin flame journey.
I guess it’s just my personal belief that if you were at the spiritual growth to put yourself out there as a teacher that you wouldn’t be affected emotionally or triggered to the point that you’re angry and I can feel the anger within you. And as you know as a teacher, you need to be able to hold that higher rate vibration for all in the group or your students will suffer because of it.
I want to reiterate that what you’re saying seems to me to be correct and I still have no clue if it is or isn’t it just is what I resonate with.
And I’m not trying to bash you like you say you’re not trying to bash others I’m just saying maybe you need to take a closer look at yourself and where you need to grow and whether or not you’re truly at place at a vibration that you can hold those that you will be teaching at a level that there progress isn’t hindered
Again, I know about my twin flame until February 7. We separated about seven weeks ago, though it kind of was a gradual separation before it became complete, but I am just now in the last month on a spiritual quest which is different than the one that I have been pursuing since 1990 though , I see all the similarities between the two it just seems that I have more of an understanding now how to implement the teachings than I have had in those 30 some years prior

Yes, there is still some ego there when anyone who is teaching it has the "I have it completely right and others don't" mentality. Each teacher I come across who is saying that (which almost all are) I just notice that they still have some ego and I discard that part of their information because no one can possibly know if they have ALL the correct information about this. If all of us on this journey went through it the exact same way then every teacher who gets their information channeled to them would get all of the same exact channeled information. But I understand that what each of them teaches worked for them so they think they have it correct and therefore anyone else who is teaching it somewhat differently must not. That is human nature and it also shows that not even those of us who are much farther along on this journey ever completely dissolve their ego.

From a teacher don’t one that is responsible for others well-being there’s one of a couple things I would expect
1) no response because she thought the author was immature, intellectually, emotionally, or spiritually,
2) a response thanking me for bringing it up and she will take an honest look at it
3) she would come on and give her side of the story/defend herself without using a student/fanboy/girl to do the defending for her
At this point, I have seen neither of the first two which would be the most appropriate responses in my opinion. But instead has allowed number three to be the pseudo response.
Let me say again I resonate with just about everything she said in regards to the twin flame journey. I have very little to no experience in the journey I am just starting it. But as a man in his 60s has been on his spiritual path for almost 35 years , I have an idea of the responsibilities that teachers and students have along this path. Am I only bringing it up was maybe something she wasn’t aware of and she might want to take a look at. I really didn’t expect her to defend yourself because well she doesn’t need to, just to see if there was any truth and what I said by looking within honesty. I certainly did expect some pushback by fanboy/girl/students and that is fine. This is a very first video I’ve ever listened to hers and outside of the fact that somebody in her position or a position she chose to take has a responsibility to those that interest herand that was my only reason for the response
@@truthlover3160 his thinking isn't wrong. He is giving a very articulate and logical point of view that is true. I was in Ana's patreon group off and on for several months and I remember end of last year she got super angry when I said I didn't resonate with some of her teachings the different earths all existing a long list of dimensions and all of the fancy stuff she talks about that almost no one has ever heard of before. Some of it was somewhat the same as what I had heard from Dolores Cannon and others but some of it was different and I don't personally resonate with some of what Dolores taught. I told her I feel The Law of One feels more true to me. I also was making points how I dont feel all the stuff in my body that she talks about. She did get in a bit of a huff about it for a few days which showed that there is more layers of ego to let go of. I was not purposely trying to push back against her and I never even then had any ill feelings towards her I think she is an amazing woman I was in part making the point which is what grandpa is saying here as well that I don't think there is any one person in this community who "has all the answers/all the info" and anyone who thinks that they do can go down the road of developing a huge ego and get into that spiritual guru/god complex. I dont think that would happen to every person but its a path when you think you know all the answers. After being on this crazy tf journey for nearly 4 years I have noticed that no one has ALL the answers to how this works and as I have said in comments above I learned a lot from Ana but some of what I learned from her I don't know or feel that it is true it could be but I have big doubts and just am not feeling some of it and that is okay I can still learn from her and appreciate her just like I can learn from others. We all can. Any tf content creator/teacher who isn't emeshed in their ego should be able to take the views of others into consideration for possible deeper analysis and self introspection. The tf journey is widely varied among everyone who is going through it which is another thing that I have observed. Maybe you should take into consideration that who are you to judge that what he is stating is flat out wrong? It seems like you are getting to emotionally wound up yourself.
