- The Belvada hotel sat abandoned for decades. Since it has recently opened its doors as a luxurious hotel much like its sister hotel, the infamous haunted Mizpah hotel (same architect and only built one year apart) we were curious if there were any spirit connections between the two of them since there is an underground tunnel that links the two buildings together. What we experienced was way more than we could have ever imagined and I believe we got the answers we needed from this paranormal investigation.

That’s crazy how they won’t let you cross spirits over in some places …that’s so messed up and sad because they use the spirits to make money
I hope that those who don't want spirits to cross over stay stuck here even after death.😭😖
Gotta keep the money machine cranking. Think about how many teams have investigated, how many times they have asked for help crossing over. I have been a sensitive my entire life and even I know that doesn't bring anything positive in and they just keep being told no. I have a MAJOR dislike for that.

Thankfully the hotel can’t stop spirits from crossing over. There’s absolutely NO soul stuck they’re there because they want to be there. Yeah they want to make money from the history but no one can try keep every soul away. They’re souls/energy aka spirits and they can go/come as they please and be in different spots at the same time. So technically the hotel can’t stop anyone from crossing them over because they don’t need it. Once you’re spiritually aware/awakened you’ll learn more about souls and how they work.

the spirits have to crossover to the light, that is their right, it doesn't matter what the building owner says, he just takes advantage of the fact that the spirits are in the building for his advertising.

After Jade's health post on her Instagram, this video hits differently, it makes me appreciate her effort to bring us these videos even more.
I have come to appreciate and feel a lot of affection for her, even though I've never met her; she is so lovely and brave at the same time.
Hopefully, she will bounce back soon, not so much because of her work as a content creator, but as the charming human being that she is.

Jade and Mandy - a thought crossed my mind (dangerous I know) but is it possible to protect your homes before you do these investigations. I am aware of the problems you have had in the past of demons attaching themselves to you. I love watching your videos and I would love to become involved in one of your investigations. Around 27:07 in the basement over on the far left, there looks like movement. Like a shadow against the studs where that little light is.

Well it makes total sense that the building next to the Mizpah would be haunted too. And boy is it ever. The voice that said "yeah'' that you captured on the voice recorder and then captured again on the camera's audio was the same female voice. The white mist was crazy too. And the spirit making dirty words come out of the spirit box tells me something with my sense of humor was playing with it lol. Also I'm a little ashamed to admit that my mind went straight to the gutter and I laughed so hard when the lady said "there's been a whole lot of banging going on while you were gone." If I was there I would have made some cheeky comment like "well it is a hotel after all." LMAO. Great job ladies! Keep up the great work!

The inhuman thing from the start presented itself as a huge intimidating dark shadow. Not surprising it took exception to being perceived as not as strong as others
WOW the amount of audible disembodied voices in that basement is absolutely unreal! I wonder if theres a natural watersource like an underground stream or something nearby because i know water is a natural conduit and helps people (mediums or not) hear spirits speak. Super cool so far! (not through with the video yet lol)

Hi Jade & Mandy, I wanted to share my experience at the Belvada Hotel when it was in the process of being remodeled. I have always been interested in the paranormal and was staying across the street at the Mizpah. I was in the casino next door one night at the bar having a couple drinks and I started talking to the two guys next to me. They were quite a bit younger than me, maybe 25ish. Turns out they were from Riverside CA which is pretty close to where I live in Orange County. We were drinking and chatting and I asked them what they were doing out here. Turns out they were gutting the Belvada across the street. I dont even think it had been named the Belvada at this point. They were out there gutting the interior of the hotel. When they told me this I ammediately asked them if they had any experiences. Well damn they sure did !! One guy had actually worked on the renovation of the Mizpah and said he had numerous exxperiences, shadows, tools missing only to turn up later etc. They both had experiences daily at the Belvada. Shadows, voices, footsteps. One of the guys was so freaked out he said he would just ignore it and didnt want to engage with it. He said he saw shadows every time he was in the building. He was visibly uncomfortable even talking about it. The other guy didnt seem to care and just rolled with it. A drink or two later and the one guys says, "Hey I have the keys, wanna go check it out ? " Well I said hell yea and across the street we went. We started in the basement where the old bank vault is or was. There were a bunch of little creepy rooms that looked like people had lived down there years ago. We worked our way up to the roof, drunk, laughing and carrying on. The interior was totally gutted at this point. On the way out about half way down the building we were standing there talking and directly on the floor above us we heard heavy footsteps running back and forth. We all froze. They stopped but we all heard them clear as day. We hurried back to the bar. Anyway thats it. just wanted to share
